Great videos Grant I have been investing in single family for the last 5 years and bought everything creatively but after watching your video you hype me up to go for multi-family shoot for the stars thanks for all the videos and motivation. I want my own plane lol now too!! :)
this is really true concept to produce income. my mother is always nagging why i don't even have personal savings out from my business, because saving doesn't make u rich. investing makes u rich. money is the most leverage item u can count on. if u don't have that then stop what u are doing and produce more papers. i'd rather be broke now to produce more cashflow than to save every penny and have it in the bank with a very low interest rate. i'd rather be the banker who only waits interests than working by hour and all the work is yours. thats why savings is for scarcity, and investing is for abundance. never be afraid to invest or u'll be missing everything. good tip.
