  • I'm afraid of the used electric power tool with aluminum case, because I used to see one of my power tool that the previous owner install the power cord not correctly. He confused the earth wire with the natural wire. He connected the two wires together, that is so dangerous to test this kind of used tools without checking it first. You can check is here • Shocking Angle Grinder...
For safety, including modernization, I decided to convert this tool from electric to battery circular saw powered by 18V Dewalt battery.
I hope you find this video useful and enjoy it!
Furthermore, I am happy to receive feedback, suggestions to improve myself.
!!! I'm sorry for the mistake if I did in this video !!!
Thank you very much for choosing to watch my video!
    Have a nice day

I was a little worried about installing the blade after reading a couple of reviews. But it was amazingly easy. Took about 1 minute. Works great ruclips.net/user/postUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . Cuts easily and is perfect for pocket cuts I needed to make for replacing some old deck boards.

Turned out to be a success.
I'm a bit concerned about the connection between the gear where the saw blade is attached and to the small engine. There is no connector or a stable strong connection. That with time will be actually loose and in the end it should be welded.

I guess with all the heavy equipment that I don't have like a bench top drill, lathe machine and hydraulic press I guess it's cheaper to buy a cordless circular saw. Though I really enjoy watching this video. I'm a hobbyists woodworker not an industrial mechanic or machinist. I just love using power tools.
