IMPORTANT: I forgot to mention, this works with ANY version of MSFS, Steam or Store (or disks for that matter). You do NOT need the Store version of MSFS to use this.
Hey just thought I'd add my results here: So far, with a 3060 laptop, I've turned off nvidia frame generation (i.e. the frame gen mod), I've turned on vsync within the simulator itself and set it to 50% of the monitor refresh rate. I'm using LGS with the X2 mode, as well as autoFPS. So far the results seem very promising! My frame rate has been properly doubled so far and no more artifacts/shimmering from menus! I'll be trying out some more settings and will update when I can!
Testing Lossless Scaling for a week now on my 4090, @ 4K 120hz, works amazing. Tried both 2x and 3x and getting consistent 160 and 230 fps respectively, plus it's smooth as can be. So I went into msfs graphics settings and completely maxed everything and set it to 2x and 150 fps is great. I was expecting some graphics degrading but it looks amazing! I too am blown away! 🙂
I had to enable HDR Support in the Lossless Scaling program to prevent the scenery from being washed out and too bright. Once that was fixed it works very smooth running on a RTX2080 SUPER at 1080 DLSS DLAA up to 100fps!
Great explanation. Did try it today on my RTX 3080 three monitor 1440p setup. Works great but only on one monitor at the time. That's ok, but with busy airports and sceneries, the overall fps drops and you find yourself looking at 2 sidescreens stuttering and the middle is smooth with this tool. It kills a bit of emersion there, but other airfields and GA planes with less fps drop work fine on the 3 screen setup with this tool
Hi mate, I have 14900k, 4090 DDR 5 64GB with 990 NVMe samsung. Tried playing HFW on Ultra settings everything and 4k. I couldn't get to my refresh rate of 144hz. Topped out at 100 fps with reshade on as well. When I did 1440p got better but I wanted 4k. Saw your video and thought no harm ill give it a go. Everything Ultra 4k and with my 4090 dlss, frame gen on quality settings and LS I'm hitting 144 fps no issues. The best thing is how smooth the gameplay is now, I was getting stutters before and now no issues just glides as you Pan the screen. It takes time to get the settings right but LS works!! I tried RE4 remake, game looks better and smoother with LS, again all ultra and 4k, Alan Wake 2 same deal. Appreciate your video and keep up the good work. Look forward to more content from you. @vale90248 Hey there, sorry I didn't play MSFS, just other games. But you can just use the default profile on LS. MS blocks it's exe files when trying to access it in my experience

I tried this. I got a triple monitor setup, so no good for just the centre monitor only. And the colours went super harsh when I activated it too. Though I did get smooth 60fps. But I think I will fly without this program.
Couple of things: I have RTX 4090, set up fallowing your video. First impression: wow! This really working! But after 1h flying with Fenix A320 my VSync completely gone crazy: stutters stutters stutters. I turn off VSync on my sim settings but this helps for 5 minutes, stutters come back. Second: this program dos not like it Fenix App: when I started new flight with Fenix LS turning off automatically. Next: this program dos not like Nvidia Recording: Record using Nvidia dose not work anymore, started rec and turning off automatically, not recording any second off my gameplay. I manage some how landing on KJFK without stuttering and very smooth ones. But the problem with my VSync and recording via nVidia - I thing I will pass. Thx for the video anyway.
I have a 170 hertz monitor , So in the global settings frame rate, I have set 170 max frame rate in global settings and in program settings 85. When I click scale, its showing 56 / 167 on X3 mode ? When I select X2 mode I get 56 / 112. Am i doing something wrong ? Quite annoying as well a little bit that it doesnt fill my entire screen and I have black boxes on the top and bottom of my sim
Not sure what's happening for me, this is awful, the screen either goes black or it freezes for like 30 seconds at a time, is there more detailed instructions for settings? I have problems with showing the mouse (I loose the courser), when the Lossless scaling programm is not on top of all other windows (I use two monitors, one for MSFS the other for other apps and windows)
I have two monitors, one with MSFS on it and one for other apps like email. When I start the lossless app, my cursor is stuck on the MSFS app screen, and I can’t move it over to the non-MSFS screen, without stopping the lossless app. Am I doing something wrong?
Hello, i have a problem with msfs loseless scaling, i followed your settings and tutorials closely but when i "scale" in game the game gets sharpened, on all tutorials people were not getting the sharpness efect when turning on loseless scaling so i am curios if it's only for me
For me was the same as some users. It launched with Steam and closed if Steam closed. The solution is to go to the ...\Steam\steamapps\common folder. Locate the app folder and its exe inside. Creat a shortcut for that exe and place it wherever you need. Use that shortcut and it launches without Steam.
I cut the whole Lossless folder out of the Steam folder, pasted it on my desktop. Then I shit canned Steam. I don't want that Steam anywhere near my MSFS PC :)
Does it work? because nothing else does, but for only $9 I might try it. All I want is a smooth sim experience when landing the big jets at Major AP like KJFK
Did this affect your temps at all with the GPU? In glass cockpit, did you notice slowness on the PFD? Normal frame gen in MSFS setting is worthless for me when flying the PMDG 737 because the speed and altitude tend to blur on the PFD
It does not seem like the hotkey function works once you are in the sim. You need to have the LSFG app in focus for it to work unless I am missing something. I cannot alt-enter back out of MSFS to my desktop if I have this app running which I need to occasionally do.

When I turn on scaling a screen pops up and says " Select Game Window" not sure what that means and I don't see any difference in MSFS2020. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your time and help. LOL….first, I agree with you about FPS not being the dictating factor for a pleasant sim experience. BUT…I find it humorous that many of your videos and titles focus on fps increases
You keep mentioning the Frame Gen Mod which is for the Nvidia 3000 video cards. I have a RTX 4070 TI card so what are the particulars using this program with 4000 series video cards? What are the full Nvidia Control Panel settings for this setup?
Speaking of drunks needing support by lamp post, I downloaded this program and at first, was shocked. "It's not working? WTH?" Just trying it now. I am having a problem moving my mouse between my different monitors. I use a triple-screen setup and actually have three more monitors that I use for Air Manager. My mouse is trapped in the central display monitor unless I use the Windows key before I want to move my mouse to another display. Unless I can find a way around this, this program is useless for me.
Purchased this for my old 2070 super can’t tell if it’s doing much on dx11 taa , gonna play around with the settings a bit . Seems faster when panning around but shows 19 fps on a small airport ?

I have, and it does not work for me. 3 monitors, only one of them works. The 2 others i like a slideshow. Have any body else the same problem - or do some have a solution on this?
I'm confused about something here with this Steam thing. I signed up for a Steam account and purchased the program but have no idea how or where to access it or how to run it. Do I also need to actually install Steam? It says it's in my Steam library. Where is that located? Next to where it says it's in my library there is a button that says "Use Now" but when I click on that nothing happens. Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You do have to install Steam, yes. When you do, you will have access to it. What I did is created a desktop shortcut for Lossless Scaling and then you can run it straight from there. Let me know if you have any issues.
Easy as pie, just buy, install, and turn it on. I've seen some of the best reviews from people with 4090's. Just set your sim up exactly as you normally would and turn this on.
@@IslandSimPilot I have a 4070 and it works fine. One thing I did notice (and I could be wrong) but with MSFS in DEV mode, the frame count didn't seem to show an increase and that would now make sense based on what you shared in this video. MSFS is just not aware of what's happening outside the program environment. As you mentioned, FPS means nothing unless the scene is smooth.
@@IslandSimPilot I figured it out. It was crap on my lowely GTX 1650. I got better frames without it. Uninstalled and asked for a refund. The old saying if it's too good to be true...
Let me comment on first seconds of this video. What it is all about Steam platform. Nothing much to not understand. This is why your room doesn't flood with game boxes which take a lot of place. Being a gamer and not a collationer - you would understand how fast you can flood your house with empty boxes...
@IslandSimPiolot, Why does it keep telling me, when I press "SCALE", that I have to select a gaming window, well of course, I am on Windowed mode, on MSFS 2020, as because that is how I , of course, activate Bandicam, REX weather, etc. Under "Scaling Mode', I checked auto, and "Aspect Ratio", and my AMD FSR, how come I cannot get this lossless going, any help, would be much appreciation, otherwise, I just wasted $7, and will have to uninstall it.
When you press the scale button you need to click your mouse anywhere in the MSFS window. You should then see a momentary black screen and you'll know it's worked because the frame rate counter should appear in the top left corner of your MSFS screen (assuming you haven't switched it off in settings) and if you go back into the lossless scaling app the Scale button should now say Unscale.
I just wanted to send you a big thank you ! I finally got the smoothness I needed to fully enjoy my time flying, as I have a not so powerful computer. This works great. If you guys are having troubling getting it to work, watch his previous videos on this where he talks about vsync and monitor refresh rate. This works fabulously for $7 and blew me away when I first turned it on. I am getting a smooth 40+ fps at JFK in the Fenix A320 where I was previously only getting 18fps. In less performance heavy areas I now get 74 fps and a buttery smooth image. I do notice a little input lag but it's not bad and I do not see any screen artifacts. It's great solution for those with out 40 series cards.
@@Kreemerz To run it, it's extremely simple. You should watch his previous 2 videos on this though as they are much better explained than in this video. But once purchased and installed, it should be on your desktop. To Set it Up: 1) Open it and turn "Frame Generation" in the top right to LSFG 2.1 and x2 and disable anything else as in the video, you can keep display fps if you want, then click settings to add a hotkey or use the current one (Mine is Ctrl + Alt + S) 2) Open Nvidia Control panel and select MSFS and enable Vsync which is half of your monitor refresh rate (Mine is 74hz so my Vysnc is 37 fps) and save. To Run it: 1) Open LossLess Scaling Program MSFS and spawn in, then enable LossLess scaling through the hotkey you set, it only works in Full Screen Mode and will automatically switch to that when enabled. 2) Enjoy.

I have a quick question: on Steam, here's about the program: The recommended minimum to have the best quality is 60 FPS in a game and a 120 Hz monitor, but it can also be used in a combination of 30 FPS and 60 Hz in some games at a resolution of up to 1080p. Intel Core i7-11700KF - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8gb- 1TB SSD is that decent pc for msfs2020 4 screens . 3 in 1920*1080 , and 1, 2k. any suggestions of what settings i should set to get smooth performance, sometimes i put all 4 monitors in 1920*1080, and using lossless scaling and still dont get good performance, and when i use xplane 12 or 11 , is worst. suggestions please, im planning of buying a new pc. , but i want to do first try the best out of what i have at the moment.

Hello IslandSimPilot. Another great series of vids on the Lossless Scaling process. I'll preface this by stating that, as we all know, everybody has different results depending on their system. It's a total lottery. I also acknowledge your preference for smoothness, not FPS. I also agree, but strong FPS in MSFS is never a bad thing! My monitor has a refresh rate of 144htz. I have the latest FrameGen mod installed with the FrameGen Tweak mod too. I also use the AutoFPS mod but have it set somewhat 'in the middle'. I understand that the Lossless Scaling mod works 'outside' of MSFS. My system is an Intel Core i-7 6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz, overclocked, 64Gb of high-quality RAM. My GPU is a MSI RTX3070 Ti. I also run MSI Afterburner and in general, this app gives me an additional 2-4 FPS in MSFS at settings that won't cause a CTD. My expereince so far with the Lossless Scaling mod is the opposite of the majority of comments and your experience. With the Lossless Scaling OFF and everything else running, I average around 45 to 50 FPS flying out of (for example) KORD heading to KJFK. From Gate to Take off, the sim is smooth and 'panning' around is mostly smooth, with only a few minor 'stutters' as the system 'catches up' to the panning speed. Through climb to cruise, FPS goes up to 65FPS, sometimes up to 80+ FPS and is always smooth. Note, this is also with FSTL Traffic Injector 'On' from the gate. Once again, quick panning either internal or external does induce a couple of hesitations, until it catches up. As soon as I turn ON Scaling ... FPS drops, but the 'smoothness' is not there too and there is certainly no obvious visual improvement. With Scaling ON, I get more stutters and hesitations, especially when panning around internally or externally. If I go to the MSFS Settings and turn off Frame Gen, FPS drops down to around 30FPS, sometimes as 'low' as 25FPS, but generally, doesn't drop below 25FPS. Adjusting from DLAA, to TAA etc. also doens't bring any major changes / benefits. As soon as I turn Lossless Scaling OFF, put Frame Gen back on and set to DLAA ... FPS jumps back up and smoothness returns. I am certianly not seeing 2x or 3x uplift in FPS, or any improvment in smoothness at all. I don't have the latest/current crap NVidia driver ending in '.99' and use the second last one installed, ending in '.44'. I have also followed all your instrucitons to a 't', so it's wonderfully frustrating and totally whacky that I can't seem to have any big success (at the moment) with Lossless Scaling. Can I be the only one? Once again, I am fascinated by the variance in success for any/all mods, hacks, tweaks etc. with MSFS. In fact, I guess this kind of FPS/Smoothness lottery, stretches right back to 1982 and the orginal BAO Flight Simulator. I have used them all. Of course, I'd love to have a new shiny Core i-9 system and a 4090 GPU, but spending more than AU$7000 to properly upgrade is not an option at the moment! I tweak and mod and play with it all like virtually every MSFS devotee does. Probably more time tweaking than flying! Ha!
Yeah, I think I have more fun trying to tweak the most out of my system (BIOS, Nvidia Settings, Nvidia Profile Inspector, etc) to get the best possible experience than I do flying 😆 - I know I spend 3X more time tweaking than I do actual flying! But your system is interesting and probably comparable to mine, ROG Strix B550-F w/ 3950x - 32G ram though and 3080Ti - I have 4 screens, 1 on the bottom and 3 on top. The top center and bottom (directly beneath it) are connected to the 3080ti, and my two 'sides' are connected to a Radeon RX 570 - When I get home, I am going to try this and see how my results are and how it works with both video cards. Got it working no problem, just disabled steam from start up, and went into the LS folder and created a desktop shortcut. Klick on the LS duck icon and the program runs without steam.
Hi I watch your video on losses scaling and followed instructions and when I turn on losses scaling I keep getting a popup ‘select game window’ any idea on that please.
So I got it and tried it out and I noticed it was kinda stuttering for me I st everything up as you said. Maybe I missed something out . And I'm running a 4080 with i9 13900k I dont het bad performance at all with auto fps its just a perfect. I wanted to give this a try but I guess every system its different

I cant see the ##/## fps counter show up despite the toggle to on. Also, under GPU it doesnt list mine it just says Auto. Any ideas as to why that would be?
question is how heavy artefacts at x3. because even ai by tensor cores in rtx makes some frames blurry jumpy dumpy bumpy. this stuff use just gpu for set same frame as 1 between 1 and 2... so where that matter it's probably gives some trouble? and where don't matter like pretty same frames there 60 or 120 will looks almost same. other words there more dynamically scene the more matter fps, the more intelligence frame generation the less trouble of this generation, and there more frames inside real frames generated there more artefacts we can wait of it... so best video would be the job of this stuff. because no one theory can beat the practice
Well, i purchased it at Steam and i did not got an download button, i got just the option to install it with Steam because i'm have my sim from Steam. So, whenever i start LSFG, i starts automaticly Steam... did i something wrong, because i can't find LSFG on my PC to install it without Steam?? I forgot, thanx, it works very nice for me...specialy the hind against the juttering ATC or other extra ingame windows..

Have you tried 2k? Based on those figures you should get good framerate.

Yea I got a 4090 with native frame gen and this program and my frames are soooo smooth even in JFK and LAX. Never thought possible.

Tried it, and no matter what I do I get a 1 second latency. It also butchers my colors for some reason, it becomes much darker.

This works pretty well. The only issue is when I shutdown STEAM, Lossless shuts down as well.
I have two monitors, one with MSFS on it and one for other apps like email. When I start the lossless app, my cursor is stuck on the MSFS app screen, and I can’t move it over to the non-MSFS screen, without stopping the lossless app. Am I doing something wrong?

For me was the same as some users. It launched with Steam and closed if Steam closed. The solution is to go to the ...\Steam\steamapps\common folder. Locate the app folder and its exe inside. Creat a shortcut for that exe and place it wherever you need. Use that shortcut and it launches without Steam.
I cut the whole Lossless folder out of the Steam folder, pasted it on my desktop. Then I shit canned Steam. I don't want that Steam anywhere near my MSFS PC :)
Every time I run the program it launches steam, if I shut steam down it closes the program.
Does it work? because nothing else does, but for only $9 I might try it. All I want is a smooth sim experience when landing the big jets at Major AP like KJFK

Did this affect your temps at all with the GPU? In glass cockpit, did you notice slowness on the PFD? Normal frame gen in MSFS setting is worthless for me when flying the PMDG 737 because the speed and altitude tend to blur on the PFD

It does not seem like the hotkey function works once you are in the sim. You need to have the LSFG app in focus for it to work unless I am missing something. I cannot alt-enter back out of MSFS to my desktop if I have this app running which I need to occasionally do.
I don’t get it, the FPS is very similar on X2 to frame generation on, no auto FPS. Tried EGKK to LFMN Fenix.

When I turn on scaling a screen pops up and says " Select Game Window" not sure what that means and I don't see any difference in MSFS2020. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your time and help. You keep mentioning the Frame Gen Mod which is for the Nvidia 3000 video cards. I have a RTX 4070 TI card so what are the particulars using this program with 4000 series video cards?

Just trying it now. I am having a problem moving my mouse between my different monitors. I use a triple-screen setup and actually have three more monitors that I use for Air Manager. My mouse is trapped in the central display monitor unless I use the Windows key before I want to move my mouse to another display. Unless I can find a way around this, this program is useless for me.

Purchased this for my old 2070 super can’t tell if it’s doing much on dx11 taa , gonna play around with the settings a bit . Seems faster when panning around but shows 19 fps on a small airport ?

I'm confused about something here with this Steam thing. I signed up for a Steam account and purchased the program but have no idea how or where to access it or how to run it. Do I also need to actually install Steam? It says it's in my Steam library. Where is that located? Next to where it says it's in my library there is a button that says "Use Now" but when I click on that nothing happens. Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You do have to install Steam, yes. When you do, you will have access to it. What I did is created a desktop shortcut for Lossless Scaling and then you can run it straight from there. Let me know if you have any issues.

You don't need it. I believe it only shows if you've got two GPUs (which would include those CPUs with inbuilt graphics capability).

No jittery menus and in-game screens (think Navigraph charts, for one). No configuration. Some find this smoother. And this can triple you framerates.

Easy as pie, just buy, install, and turn it on. I've seen some of the best reviews from people with 4090's. Just set your sim up exactly as you normally would and turn this on.

One thing I did notice (and I could be wrong) but with MSFS in DEV mode, the frame count didn't seem to show an increase and that would now make sense based on what you shared in this video. MSFS is just not aware of what's happening outside the program environment. As you mentioned, FPS means nothing unless the scene is smooth.

Nope! It literally works on anything on your screen. It doesn’t work on the program level, it literally just works on what is on your screen.

Let me comment on first seconds of this video. What it is all about Steam platform. Nothing much to not understand. This is why your room doesn't flood with game boxes which take a lot of place. Being a gamer and not a collationer - you would understand how fast you can flood your house with empty boxes...

@IslandSimPiolot, Why does it keep telling me, when I press "SCALE", that I have to select a gaming window, well of course, I am on Windowed mode, on MSFS 2020, as because that is how I , of course, activate Bandicam, REX weather, etc. Under "Scaling Mode', I checked auto, and "Aspect Ratio", and my AMD FSR, how come I cannot get this lossless going, any help, would be much appreciation, otherwise, I just wasted $7, and will have to uninstall it.
When you press the scale button you need to click your mouse anywhere in the MSFS window. You should then see a momentary black screen and you'll know it's worked because the frame rate counter should appear in the top left corner of your MSFS screen (assuming you haven't switched it off in settings) and if you go back into the lossless scaling app the Scale button should now say Unscale.
It's a slideshow with a 3080ti no matter what I tried.
That's what I have, 3080ti. What resolution are you running? It's probably because you're setting too aggressive of an FPS cap. Try setting it lower.
Same on my RTX 3080 ti on a 4k 55" LG screen 60fps. When setting the program as instructed x2 the lag and stutter destroys my gameplay.

I don't set a cap, the program won't go over my refresh rate off 100. Only time i see artifacting is, when the fps drop under 30.
Does this improve VR performance? Just looking for some feedback before taking the dive into trying to improve my VR performance.

This works great. If you guys are having troubling getting it to work, watch his previous videos on this where he talks about vsync and monitor refresh rate. This works fabulously for $7 and blew me away when I first turned it on. I am getting a smooth 40+ fps at JFK in the Fenix A320 where I was previously only getting 18fps. In less performance heavy areas I now get 74 fps and a buttery smooth image. I do notice a little input lag but it's not bad and I do not see any screen artifacts. It's great solution for those with out 40 series cards.
How do I run the app? What do I do? what settings do I change? so many important unanswered questions
@@Kreemerz To run it, it's extremely simple. You should watch his previous 2 videos on this though as they are much better explained than in this video. But once purchased and installed, it should be on your desktop.
To Set it Up:
1) Open it and turn "Frame Generation" in the top right to LSFG 2.1 and x2 and disable anything else as in the video, you can keep display fps if you want, then click settings to add a hotkey or use the current one (Mine is Ctrl + Alt + S)
2) Open Nvidia Control panel and select MSFS and enable Vsync which is half of your monitor refresh rate (Mine is 74hz so my Vysnc is 37 fps) and save.
To Run it:
1) Open LossLess Scaling Program MSFS and spawn in, then enable LossLess scaling through the hotkey you set, it only works in Full Screen Mode and will automatically switch to that when enabled.
2) Enjoy.

is that decent pc for msfs2020 4 screens . 3 in 1920*1080 , and 1, 2k. any suggestions of what settings i should set to get smooth performance, sometimes i put all 4 monitors in 1920*1080, and using lossless scaling and still dont get good performance, and when i use xplane 12 or 11 , is worst. suggestions please, im planning of buying a new pc. , but i want to do first try the best out of what i have at the moment.

Hello IslandSimPilot. Another great series of vids on the Lossless Scaling process. I'll preface this by stating that, as we all know, everybody has different results depending on their system. It's a total lottery. I also acknowledge your preference for smoothness, not FPS. I also agree, but strong FPS in MSFS is never a bad thing! My monitor has a refresh rate of 144htz. I have the latest FrameGen mod installed with the FrameGen Tweak mod too. I also use the AutoFPS mod but have it set somewhat 'in the middle'. I understand that the Lossless Scaling mod works 'outside' of MSFS. My system is an Intel Core i-7 6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz, overclocked, 64Gb of high-quality RAM. My GPU is a MSI RTX3070 Ti. I also run MSI Afterburner and in general, this app gives me an additional 2-4 FPS in MSFS at settings that won't cause a CTD. My expereince so far with the Lossless Scaling mod is the opposite of the majority of comments and your experience.
With the Lossless Scaling OFF and everything else running, I average around 45 to 50 FPS flying out of (for example) KORD heading to KJFK. From Gate to Take off, the sim is smooth and 'panning' around is mostly smooth, with only a few minor 'stutters' as the system 'catches up' to the panning speed. Through climb to cruise, FPS goes up to 65FPS, sometimes up to 80+ FPS and is always smooth. Note, this is also with FSTL Traffic Injector 'On' from the gate. Once again, quick panning either internal or external does induce a couple of hesitations, until it catches up. As soon as I turn ON Scaling ... FPS drops, but the 'smoothness' is not there too and there is certainly no obvious visual improvement. With Scaling ON, I get more stutters and hesitations, especially when panning around internally or externally. If I go to the MSFS Settings and turn off Frame Gen, FPS drops down to around 30FPS, sometimes as 'low' as 25FPS, but generally, doesn't drop below 25FPS. Adjusting from DLAA, to TAA etc. also doens't bring any major changes / benefits. As soon as I turn Lossless Scaling OFF, put Frame Gen back on and set to DLAA ... FPS jumps back up and smoothness returns. I am certianly not seeing 2x or 3x uplift in FPS, or any improvment in smoothness at all. I don't have the latest/current crap NVidia driver ending in '.99' and use the second last one installed, ending in '.44'. I have also followed all your instrucitons to a 't', so it's wonderfully frustrating and totally whacky that I can't seem to have any big success (at the moment) with Lossless Scaling. Can I be the only one?
Once again, I am fascinated by the variance in success for any/all mods, hacks, tweaks etc. with MSFS. In fact, I guess this kind of FPS/Smoothness lottery, stretches right back to 1982 and the orginal BAO Flight Simulator. I have used them all. Of course, I'd love to have a new shiny Core i-9 system and a 4090 GPU, but spending more than AU$7000 to properly upgrade is not an option at the moment! I tweak and mod and play with it all like virtually every MSFS devotee does. Probably more time tweaking than flying! Ha!
Yeah, I think I have more fun trying to tweak the most out of my system (BIOS, Nvidia Settings, Nvidia Profile Inspector, etc) to get the best possible experience than I do flying 😆 - I know I spend 3X more time tweaking than I do actual flying! But your system is interesting and probably comparable to mine, ROG Strix B550-F w/ 3950x - 32G ram though and 3080Ti - I have 4 screens, 1 on the bottom and 3 on top. The top center and bottom (directly beneath it) are connected to the 3080ti, and my two 'sides' are connected to a Radeon RX 570 - When I get home, I am going to try this and see how my results are and how it works with both video cards. How did you get it to work without Steam? It won't run for me without Steam running in the background.
Got it working no problem, just disabled steam from start up, and went into the LS folder and created a desktop shortcut. Klick on the LS duck icon and the program runs without steam.

Hi I watch your video on losses scaling and followed instructions and when I turn on losses scaling I keep getting a popup ‘select game window’ any idea on that please.
So I got it and tried it out and I noticed it was kinda stuttering for me I st everything up as you said. Maybe I missed something out . And I'm running a 4080 with i9 13900k I dont het bad performance at all with auto fps its just a perfect. I wanted to give this a try but I guess every system its different

I cant see the ##/## fps counter show up despite the toggle to on. Also, under GPU it doesnt list mine it just says Auto. Any ideas as to why that would be?
question is how heavy artefacts at x3. because even ai by tensor cores in rtx makes some frames blurry jumpy dumpy bumpy. this stuff use just gpu for set same frame as 1 between 1 and 2... so where that matter it's probably gives some trouble? and where don't matter like pretty same frames there 60 or 120 will looks almost same. other words there more dynamically scene the more matter fps, the more intelligence frame generation the less trouble of this generation, and there more frames inside real frames generated there more artefacts we can wait of it... so best video would be the job of this stuff. because no one theory can beat the practice
Well, i purchased it at Steam and i did not got an download button, i got just the option to install it with Steam because i'm have my sim from Steam. So, whenever i start LSFG, i starts automaticly Steam... did i something wrong, because i can't find LSFG on my PC to install it without Steam??
