    My new favorite 30-minute workout! Just some good old-fashioned high impact cardio. The moves aren't complicated but the challenge is real... just how I like it!

    I was working out with a variety of online trainers, but after several years and lots of research, I only do Nobadaddiction videos now. And I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.

    I don't mind a bit of jumping but this training is mainly running and jumping. I didn't like it. I prefer those you do with more varieties in the exercises including core and upper body.
