I've been doing your workouts from past 3 months and i must say this js so effective and my body is so happy i have some major changes in my body all thanks to you team i just have one question is cardio everyday good for health ?
I don't mind a bit of jumping but this training is mainly running and jumping. I didn't like it. I prefer those you do with more varieties in the exercises including core and upper body.
