    I love partner workouts, although i don't have a partner so i asked my 6 y/o daughter to join me in this girl power workout session, and we both enjoyed this so much that we did this twice back to back (she didn't perform any of the exercise properly but her company was enough for me to keep me on the mat).. thank you nobadaddiction divas for this beautiful women empowerment workout session ❤👊💪 lots of love

      Depends on your goal! 😉
      We recommend a minimum of 3 intense workouts per week. It can be a combination of HIIT cardio as well as strength training 💪🔥
