Never happen. Supreme Court justices are selected not for their fairness and knowledge of constitutional law, but for their political bias... this judge has none. Just watch the Senate confirmation hearings of justice nominees... the only questions asked concern how politically biased the nominee is. Not a single question deals with their fairness, judgment, or knowledge.

We don’t know exactly happened but she did do the exact one thing a juror is told absolutely under no circumstances to do. Her in the UK even Buster being caught with the middle finger would have been taken away and locked up for contempt of court also. Our judges in super strict cases are high courts and work directly under His majesty the king, therefore I’ve actually saw people being held in contempt for laughing, speaking to loud, making faces….yeah really they are very strict and are Lords and Ladies here the judges.

.. I've tried to watch this - it is sad but it fascinates me that a life, or a person's freedom can be on the line - (innocent til proven guilty(that is what it is predicated on) - and yet a juror who has been clearly instructed on procedure and the utmost importance of obeying those instructions can just throw integrity (not caution)to the wind because of self control issues
Self respect easily prevents a person from engaging in this behavior.
How come those NYC Circuit Court Judges who have handled the charges of Stephen Donziger who was the Lawyer who handled the Ecuadorian Indigenous People vs Chevron Case - do not have the Integrity this man does.Very upsetting what they did.
Or the Judicial Systems in both the US and Great Britain handling of the Julian Assange case - where is the integrity and honesty of those people.
Here is this Judge - a man that knows the Law , respects it , lives it , upholds it ....therefore keeping the rest of us in the place we should always be. In front of GOD with a clean conscious.
He should be recognized for this even tho this is how EVERY Juge should behave.
