I have diabetes. I have eaten A LOT of mangoes in May and June 2024. Literally 2-3 mangies everyday. I had done a test in March and my hba1c was 6.6 and fasting sugar was 68. Did the test again on 1 July. Hba1c is still 6.6 and my fasting is 66. So Rujuta is not wrong. I was taking proper medication too. Its just that I had stopped eating outisde food completely during that time.
