For some people tum is the only respected word, they don't use aap. I remember one of my friend from school her family and she used to use TUM only, so it's ok!

I don't care for celebrities anyway...but what grit! so upright! so confident! She sure has high level connections to survive in this 'illegal' profession- but she never hesitated to declare- not dodged almost a single question. Very very impressed! Not every guest can give such an impressive and exciting interview. I don't know if she will ever read comments here. Since my chances of meeting her is weak, given the geographical barrier- I will express my deepest respect and regards from here, for now, for such an impressive woman!! And good job Raj. However, you are getting grilled here below for your grammar in addressing her. For saying 'batao' ....but in that very sentence or associated sentences you are actually saying 'Aap batao...apka experience...etc.' So you are addressing her with due respect, but the nature of conversation is influenced by regional acceptability of spoken Hindi. Keep showing the name of the guest and their feild of workingon the screen all times. so that it is easier for the viewer. At times the videos are too large.
