Hi @dr I have high bad cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, proteinuria. I am 40 years old, 5ft 6inch hight, weight 98 KG. I have started maintenance with medicines. Doctor stopped me to take protiens. Suggested green vegetables in diet. Physical activities daily one hour. But I need proper diet to reduce all diseases. Thank you
If you are vegetarian than you need some protein. Without protein your muscle will degenerate, you will age rapidly

250-500 cal deficit is required for healthy weight loss. Everyone requirement is different. Calculate your maintenance calorie and deduct 250-500 cal . You will get your value as per your activity level
