Yeah, the AI is offensive, but otherwise this video had info I had not found anywhere else. And the info was surprisingly quite accurate. So I liked, subscribed, and rang that bell. It altered my plans on which nation I am considering for retirement. I'm liking Algarve!

Usually, I will "Like" a video out of courtesy for the people who spend their time creating and editing the video. But the AI narrator was so irritating with mispronunciations, the missing data on financial info for all these places, plus the missing scenes replaced by drone views of cities showing nothing to relate to, all add up to a below-average video compared to the many other videos available on other Channels made so much better. This receives a D- grade.

Ireland is very expensive to live, rent and vehicles are so expensive. It is a beautiful country with so many scenic places to see, but to live there you have to have a good bank account.

Barbados: 1,265 USD per month except rent is for me not cheap at all. I live in Sweden and can easily have a decent life with 1000 USD a month except for rent.

      Yeah, what about the Philippines.
It works for many; US servicepeople like it as they've spent time there. Perhaps there are VA health resources as well.
But, as garo says, YMMV w/ the healthcare situation.
I've only spoken w/ a couple Filipino women, but they seemed to ask for $$$ for various reasons really quickly. I found someone in Thailand and pay for her when we're together, but she rarely asks for money. She's age-appropriate, has a degree, and is a joy to have around.
NOt saying you cannot find that in Philippines, but my admittedly anecdotal experience, turned off.
Belize... Bel-EEEZE... I don't know, but re: healthcare, a friend went to Mexico for anything serious.
