Thank you so much Justin for this wonderful lecture. I have very little knowledge about Ayurveda, but always was a bit curious. I've found that ayurveda and astrology can work hand in hand together. I am more elementally fire dominant and secondly water dominant in western astrology being born as a cancer(water) sun and pisces(water) moon but Leo(fire) rising, Venus, Mercury, and North node. In addition having Sagittarius (fire) in Pluto and Lilith. So it makes completely sense why I'm Pitta (fire and water) but in sidereal I am more dominant in fire and air with sidereal calculations I was born Gemini (air) sun and aquarius (air) moon, Libra(Mars) and Leo (fire) rising and Venus and Aries( Jupiter and Saturn) which makes sense as to why I feel like I'm Vata as well. These are just planet positions including some lilth and north nodes but I haven't even touched houses but I think learning your birth chart in tandem with ayurveda can help with finding what doshas you live in more and doing better according to that knowledge

Would there be any way that i could acquire a copy of the slides in this video? These are very helpful and i would greatly appreciate being able to look upon them and reflect. I keep a folder of information i find critical to provoke thought and stir about creative energies rooted in contemporary and realistic phenomena.
