Ingredient Lists
Chicken Thighs
---------
1kg chicken thighs
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
2 cups chicken stock
1 sprig Rosemary
‼️ cook in the oven on 200•C 350•F for 20-30 minutes‼️
Mashed potatoes
---------
3-4 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup double cream / half and half
Broccoli

Hi Just letting you know I’am cooking the chicken you did - the mash and having with spicy rice instead. Will let you know how it goes 🤞🏻…… WOW! This is really tasty and so succulent.
