    60g Honey (蜂蜜)
    70g Water (水)
    70g corn oil (玉米油)
    90g plain flour (普通面粉)
    20g corn starch (玉米粉)
    4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
    4 egg whites (蛋白)
    60g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    1 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)

    Tried this recipe. I replaced the honey with molasses. The end product is taste pretty awesome!

    Wow, looks so soft and yummy. Can I ask what is the purpose of adding corn starch in the sugar to beat the egg whites? Does it stabilize the egg white more than acids? Thank you.

      Depends on the size of eggs, my eggs are 70g each, yields 14 cupcakes (7cm cupcake paper)
