A few thoughts since I just wrapped mine up. Are you running evap? You’ll need to put fuel tank pressure sensor in if so, maybe that’s in your next video. I had to replace my black o ring as the old one was deformed and wouldn’t hold the sender in the tank. Bosch still sells the OEM fuel pump but not the full sending unit, FYI. The two different parts from Novak are related to the LS, older ones have a return line and newer LS’ didn’t, the two products don’t change with the jeep models. Finally, that white nut at the end can give people a huge problem getting it installed, there is a clear first thread on the nut and on the tank side, line those up first and you’ll be on your way to a pain free install! Thanks for the content guys, I just got my 5.3 started last week in my TJ, still have a lot of work left to do!

What kind of check valve is being ran? Is it in the pump or do you have one somewhere else?
