I went to the bone yard and cut a piece out of another firebird and used a piano hinge with rivets. Seam seal underneath. Butyl tape over the top. Cost me about $40 for the tape and sealer.

This is great. 😢my 2002 camaro just died and was towed. I probably drove it a half mile before it started sputtering and eventually died. No check engine lights. I am hoping 🙏🏻 its fuel filter. If it is , i will 100 percent ask my mechanic to do the trap door.
