He's only responsible for most of the foundational drumset phrasing and vocabulary used in modern drumming. He's pretty well recognized by most serious drummers and percussionists.That's almost like saying Peart never got any recognition...
He wasn't the fastest one, but he really had great solutions to the Beatles songs. That's enough! Long live Ringo!!!
