I didnt used supplements but everyday i ate so much clean high protein diet and i gained 8-9 kgs in 3-4 months. Before i was 40 kg and now am 51+kgs at age 16. Also most of all i did bodyweight and resistance exercise at home. Now my muscles are slowly popping out. Thanks for the motivation❤

my weight is only 48 but people use to afraid of me, sometimes its not about weight its about courage and confidence but if we have both then we can be king.
Around 2-3 months I took 5 meals a day... Nothing more than whatever my mother makes..I was amazed to see the results...✌️✌️

In 2 months I had changed a lot I didn't got abs but I had gain a lot of muscle mass and my chest just got bigger I didn't had joined gym because of class 12th examination but had dedicatedly given my whole energy in home workout and taken proper diet and just in 2 months i had changed myself and loved myself and after 1 month I will surely join gym and change myself . SIR you are my inspiration and I will surely achieve the physique like you.
