    I didnt used supplements but everyday i ate so much clean high protein diet and i gained 8-9 kgs in 3-4 months. Before i was 40 kg and now am 51+kgs at age 16. Also most of all i did bodyweight and resistance exercise at home. Now my muscles are slowly popping out. Thanks for the motivation❤

      @@iamvirajbhati7327 bhai mai subah shake banata hoo jisme 1 scoop whey protein, 60gm oats,2 bananas, 1 glass milk, 1.5 tablespoon peanut butter.
      Lunch- 50gm soya chunks, dahi, 4 roti with proteinchef’s protein, 1 amul buttermilk which have 15gm protein
      Snacks- kala chana 50gm and 2 brown bread with peanut butter and 1 banana
      Gym
      Post workout- 5 whole eggs and protein shake
      Dinner- 1 glass milk, 2 roti, sabzi, dahi
      Aur main ye h ki paani peete rehna h taaki koi dikkat na ho

    In 2 months I had changed a lot I didn't got abs but I had gain a lot of muscle mass and my chest just got bigger I didn't had joined gym because of class 12th examination but had dedicatedly given my whole energy in home workout and taken proper diet and just in 2 months i had changed myself and loved myself and after 1 month I will surely join gym and change myself .
