    Superb sir! I request you to make video on how to schedule effective workout for 45-60 mins. Many times in order to cover up adequate sets, reps, abs workout, we end up training over 60-90 mins. 🙏

    Yatinder Ji, The suggestions provided in the vedio was really good.
    But, in my case & for also many people who are working professionals. How to maintain diet as we spend 9-12hrs a day in office & later 45mins to 1 hrs in workout.
    How can we do balanced diet in such case for working professionals? Pls say !

      I can relate to you man. Muscle building is not only about hard work but also about priveledge. Not everyone's lifestyle is compatible to the steps mentioned in the video but we have to do what best suites our schedule. In a job you can take break as per your convenience depending on the job you're in. But then people who are working on a business can't do so as the customer can come at any time and I cannot tell my customer to wait till I finish my meal. Hence I try to do the best I can and accept what is not practical.

    If you watch hundred videos on bulking, you get same tips like calorie surplus, protiens,supplements and so on but no one talks about the most crucial tip digestion, after all how we could digest so much nutrients in a day. Very few people have a lakkad patthar hazam type of digestion in todays scenario.

    Simple advice to everyone jo kahte paiso nahi diet ke.
    See jitne bi diet experts hote hain wo sahi batate hain but budget is the main problem for everyone.
    So Har koi apni hesiyat anusar 1000, 2000, 3000 whatever jitna wo kharch skta hai monthly kharche. Khud ka diet plan khud banao, with help of Google.
    Abbi bi kehte ho nahi hai, to apne faltu kharche band kardo bilkul, junk food khana, dosto ke sath party etc. Bcoz we just need 50-100rs for ourselves per day.
    Apne liye pese bachao, diet lo achi agar body build karni hai ya healthy lifestyle chahiye old age tak.
    Ek budget banake diet me achi chize add karo.
    Like main 2000 hi afford kar sakta hun per month on my diet. Yani 66rs per day.
    Isme meri month ki 5 egg tray ati hain (700rs monthly)
    - 5 egg per day (15-20gms protein)
    4 small bananas= 20rs per day (600 monthly)
    Milk one glass for my banana shake= 13-15rs per glass (450)
    Bas aur daily routine ki chize jo rashan me ati hain.
    Half kg black chanas, soyabean nutri, and cheakpeas and kidney beans.
    And my daily recommended protein is completed.

    Sir I've just started going to gym..... it's about 2.5 week and i daily track my progress....and initialy my weight is around 62.250 amd after 2hrs of workout it comes on 61.550.....and this is on regular basis.... what should i do

      No you cannot,
      Take whey immidiatly after exercise as it is fast absorb protein
      Take casein at night bed time
      It is slow absorb peotein
      So body required when it is in rest
      By the way casein not required
      But if you really want to take that
      Than do as i said
      Thank me later
