    Can you tell me please, how to progressive overload? I find it hard to be consistent with the resistance because even a slight change in the anchor point, position of the body, etc, can alter it. How do I know if I make progress over time if I'm not sure that I used the same settings?

    I can't able to increase the resistance especially in side lateral raises and front raises with the band even after first set i go light in resistance but trying do more reps than in first set and in 4th set i use the original resistance which i used in the first set as much reps i can take out!
