FINALLY, a sensible instruction on this stitch. I've watched other almond stitch tutorials that made guesswork of what we're supposed to do to get this done well. Thank you very much.
Glad it was helpful!
This video was very easy to follow and the instructor demonstrated how to create the pattern at the right speed and with clear instruction. Thank you Kiki!
I want to say THANK YOU you are very thorough visually and verbally. Which most are not. Especially on the ends. Makes it so much easier for beginners. I will be letting my Grandaughter know about you for sure. She will be able to understand when I’m not around again thank u. I’m going to use this stitch to make a lap blanket thanks for sharing❤
Wonderful! I am so glad it was helpful!
I absolutely LOVE this stitch! I have never seen this before. I also love the color you chose because green is my favorite color! I can't wait to try this. Thank you SO much! 😀
Thank you so much. You were so easy to follow and I am finally able to do this stitch. I have watched other videos and they weren’t as easy to follow so I gave up until I found this video.

I love this stitch, but it's clear after a few swatches I really need to learn how to regulate my tension. I've always had a bad habit of stitching tight but it really shows with this pattern. 😅
Thank you for the great post though!
Thank you! Greetings from The Netherlands!
Lovely stitch! Going to crochet something for myself with this stitch. I have a lovely solid green cotton yarn and I think the stitch will really show up beautifully! Thank you!!!

@@HeartHookHome Cool dear...this is so bespoke :-) Appreciate your info :-)
@@HeartHookHome done order :-) Thank you for your help dear...hope it arrives me in Malaysia safely :-)
Do you have a link for the Dishie cotton? I dislike sugar and cream and Premiere. Thanks.
Yes! I agree. 😍😍
Dishie is amazing. You can get it at knitpicks.com or wecrochet.com it's not as thick as the sugar & cream, but it's soft and the colors are beautiful!
@@knit.tink.learn.repeat6576 I went online yesterday and this yarn is selling out fast! It looks thinner, almost like Reup, but nicer. I love the green! 🤔🤔😁
is it possible to decrease with the stitch and have it look good?
Hello
Can you give me the link for the hook you’re using in this tutorial

Instead of slip stitch and half double crochet can we do this with single crochet and double crochet?
What an interesting idea. I'm going to try that.
What kind od border would you do?
Does it give stretchy effect to the crochet piece?
It does have a bit of stretch
💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, my swatch looks different than your.
It looks like your 4 slip stitches are single crochet. Am I wrong?
Maybe in UK terms it's a single crochet? But in US terms those are slip stitches.
🥰🧶
It's kinda annoying if you don't have patience
