This 40% claim - good luck customers. If you get 40% gain in mileage means your engine is running on LEAN gas. There are 3 problems with this condition- 1). The O2 senser if working properly will trigger engine computer to force more fuel into engine. 2). The Engine temp will go up but hopefully will be brought down by H2 steam, if Not then your valves will burn off first 3) If that much amount of HHO is entering Engine, and if not properly controlled then that H2 gas will slowly eat away your Pistons, then Valves & then Cylinders because H2 gas atoms are smaller than any atoms on earth.
This is why I say GOOD LUCK customers.
Yes. Today's cars are completely computer controlled. HHO gas in fuel line will be conveyed to ECU by o2 sensor as more oxygen in the fuel mix. So ECU says ok lets pump in more fuel. So there will be initial gains and then it will come back to normal mileage. Risk? Catalytic converter melting down due to more unburned gases being exhausted from engine. Unless all the interlinked processes are tuned, this is a just a waste of money and battery drain.
Also ignition timings need to be tuned.
Well if you have good EFIE like Volo Chip then you can successfully control the ECU and hence not disturb the O2 sensers. If you want to be ultra safe then you will need to find a mechanic who can make the O2 sensor release fake signal to ÉCU and hence you can be rest assured to have gain from HHO

It makes so little hydrogen it will make no difference. The only thing that will be leaner is your wallet.
I did install one on my car, but didn't improve the gas MPH. just was useless for me, wasting time and money.

The HHO goes in the air intake, your car already mixes fuel and air, you're just spiking the air side after the o2 sensor.

If we use high stenght material to reinforce radiator then remove the thermo start and add on hydrogen generator and add compressor piston to radiator then let add a flow control valve then open valve let it turn engine it will generate electricity which generate hydrogen and help water pump drive engine together

You need a MAP sensor enhancer to override the computer & manually adjust the fuel air mix.
Adding after you intake O2 sensor should work most of the time. The extra O2 is used up by the hydrogen in the burn so you shouldn't see extra on the way out.
Unfortunately there can be other computer control issues, like setting fuel to rpms.

This HHO on-demand thingy should be used by those coal burning electric power stations to achieve cleaner burning as well.
How do you take into account the air fuel mixture mapping on the computer box? Since you injected hydrogen gas into the system, the mixture will be a bit rich unless you adjust the air-fuel mapping on the box? Another thing, how much hydrogen does it produce? Will it increase production if you step on the gas pedal coz it will need more hydrogen when you're accelerating.
Unless there is a regulating system there is no way for the computer to compensate through the fluctuation of RPM. I have tested this myself with a system that produces 6 liters of hydrogen per minute. The car was Dyno tuned and the tuner was unable to create the software changes to compensate for the decreasing amount of hydrogen as the RPMs increased. The only way hydrogen is going to be effective would be similar to methanol injection. That means there must be available compressed hygrogen. I was able to run the vehicle on the system. As an example 70 miles an hour on cruise control generally flat terrain maintaining a consistent rpm. My fuel economy went from 28 miles per gallon to 46 miles per. I estimated the total hydrogen consumption to be .8% of the total cubic feet per. If gas was $5 a gallonyou would be getting $1 of energy and the rest would be incinerated by your catalytic converter this is a criminal act. Things just have to change

I have got a question. When you install hho kit on your car, how can you read the fuel gauge to see how much fuel you have left??
Your fuel gauge will work as nomal, if thisa System will work you will do more Mileage per Gallon, you must somethimes check the Waterlevel in the Hydrolyzer sometimes fill it up

The control relay should be linked to the alternator warning light wire, or the oil pressure warning switch, so HHO is only created, when the engine is actually running, and therefore able to suck in the HHO, which otherwise would pour out the air filter.
Actually that green liquid added into the oil at the end, looked even more worrying. What is it? And why should it be used between MPG tests?
