    I soo happy i found this video I have the same engine on my 2002 Escalade, Im gonna start researching on how to make this run on my 6.0 V8 as well. I knew this had to exist. I cant wait to implement it for my truck.

    If you really want to make this work right on a motor use it on a small displacement diesel with mechanical and hydraulic injection system mixing the two as a fuel source you increase efficiency from 30% to closer to 80% because of compression.

    When you pull the fuel pump relay, it’s still running on gasoline from the fuel lines. If you pull that fuse and leave it out it’ll just die from fuel starvation. I do believe that the hydrogen injection in the intake tube is improving your mpg.

      When I pull the fuel relay and the fuse I had it running directly on hydrogen fuel cell only I also did a test drive 7 miles with it as hydrogen fuel cell only and then I got the balls enough to drive it from my house to another town which was about 45 mi away round trip with the fuel relay and fuse out and I was afraid I was going to burn the Pistons up running such a high octane it is 6.0 l s

      the high octane number does not mean that it burns hotter, but that it resists detonation better and allows a greater ignition advance, i.e. a better yield. The pistons can burn due to an AFR that is too lean because you have no idea what AFR you are giving the engine with that tube in the intake. @@rednecksciencelol5708

    I found that these generators can pull about 1200L of gas from 1L of water. It can’t meet the demand on its own but as a hybrid… absolutely. With the right cathode, conductive material and electrolyte (not table salt!) it would enhance the combustibility of the current A/F mixture. Less demand on the fuel system when drawn in via vacuum. You definitely had it right installing it before the throttle body.

    I worked on this ideal over 20 years ago. i even made one for my riding mower. though none would run only on HHO It did seem to help with mileage and my old riding mower did stop smoking. Good luck and be safe. Never try to pressurize this gas as the oxygen in it will cause it to explode !

      During the second world war they pressurized hydrogen All the time They also kept in big balloons on top of vehicles They ran cars off of Wood And that's how they extract the hydrogen Because they didn't have any fuel during the war Hydrogen extraction has something that's not new it's been going on since the 1,800s And yes you And yes you can pressure it I've seen I've seen It done And it did not explode

    Make your hydrogen off a solar panel and batteries that are separated from the alternator through your key switch. The solar panel feeds the batteries and powers your hydrogen plant that feeds your intake. Make sure the power goes off when your switch goes off .

    You need to do back to back MPG runs on a long straight road with cruise set at X mph for XX miles, say like 10 runs with it on, and 10 with it off, and then calculate the average mpg of each.
    What are you using to power the HHO generator, if its the alt then all you are doing is using more power than it produces because the extra load you put on the alt makes it harder to spin which means it needs more fuel to turn it (if you've ever span DC motor with nothing hooked up to it, and then put a load on it like a lightbulb, and try turn it, its a lot harder, the same thing happens with the alt and the engine)

      Thank you for the comment my friend I'm not using an alternator for a power source I'm using a battery power source using a 30 amp fuse and a toggle switch which is 30 amps as well I'm generating enough hydrogen to run it as a hybrid right now I will generate enough to run it as a full-on hydrogen only I've done it before it's on my RUclips channel and it's on a ls600 on a 05 HD and I ran it as in hydrogen only improved it I tell you what if you want one I'll build you one you buy the supplies and shipping and I'll build you one you can tear it apart well I know you can't cuz it's going to be glued in meaning of get ahold of me instant messaging me I'll give you my number and we can talk thanks RNS

      What's the s spec on the battery? Like capacity?
      If its from a totally Seperate battery that you charge at home then yeh I agree it should help mpg for sure.

      @@rednecksciencelol5708 He is right. If you are powering it from the truck battery, the alternator is the power generation. But I believe if you are not using your AC in the truck, the load required for the AC is the same as your 30 amp toggle switch.

    Run the output of your bubbler direct to the intake, tru a T with your PCV valve. You'll get way more water vapor, which is also a fuel saver. If you want more bang you can add methanol ( 20% ) to your bubbler, it also keeps the water from freezing in the winter. You have to have a larger bubbler to do it this way, you'll be going through the water a lot faster due to more evaporations with the vacuum connection.

      Be careful running ethanol also with the hydrogen cuz the hydrogen runs at 140 octane if you run that directly in a vehicle that is not built for that temperature you will melt the top of the Pistons out that's why I run it as a hybrid yes I do run my bubbler and I run it directly about 6 inches from the intake of butterfly and that's how I get my total control you do not want a lot of vacuum on it on demand

    I put three battery’s in back of the pickup and hook them with my ignition solenoid and then hook the battery’s to a solar panel that keeps the batteries charged at all times then you have a steady strong power DC source of power to your hydrogen stacks make two or three stacks plenty of hydrogen at all times but when you’re key is of your hydrogen production must stop at the same time or kaboom.

    This is nothing new, the guy that ran a Volkswagen on water perfected the electronic injection method Meyer was his name, he ended up poisoned. Japan supposedly wouldn’t do anything with the technology because they were afraid of the oil company’s backlash. Now Toyota is working on a specialized hydrogen motor but I don’t think any of them will dare to perfect a hydrogen generator because it will distroy the pay to play model. It would be easy to develope though.

    The first truck that I ever did was in a 1989 Ford Ranger and I was only running 2 liters per minute but I went from 23 miles per gallon to 49 miles per gallon but I also have a system now that I can produce 20 L per minute and I think that's a lot more that will make that truck run a lot more efficient but I can adjust the up and down with my frequency control box😅😅😅

      If you use a magnetron out of an old microwave oven and a few other components from say an old TV to realign the fuel molecules in the gasoline you can raise the fuel efficacy by around 600% saving the entire purchase cost of the vehicle in under 6 years. I can sell the plans of how I made mine work and countless others for $1000 flat fee.

      But he'd still have a code from the hydrogen system. This addon almost definitely trips a lean code because the ECU has to cut fuel from the expected amount at a given demand.

    on throttlebody injection i would enter the intake downstream of the throttle plate. thread an acetylene flashback arrester into the intake and plumb hydrogen hose to it. the throttle position sensor should then take care of the idle. also utilize the 02 sensor as higher 02 content tells the ecm to lean out fuel delivery

    How about when you have it running and then pull the relay out for the fuel pump showing it's still running only from the hho. Then after a minute or two disconnect the hho. Then based on how quick it dies which should be almost instantly. Then that would definitely prove it really works.

      I used 12 stainless steel washers I use a stainless steel all thread one side positive one side negative I used a 4-inch 14 inch long

    What’s keeping it from running if it’s hot wired to the battery? Do you have to pop the hood every time to disconnect it

      No sir I have it on a toggle switch inside my cab I'm running the lead off the battery it seems produce better therefore I can control the on and off versus me trying to run it off of the alternator which is too amps

    Have you run it with and without the HHO generator to determine mpg under both conditions? I'm wondering with that setup what the difference is.

      if he did then he would find that it doesn't work. layers upon layers of inefficiency are jut wasting the power. think about it, the hydrogen generator is powered by the alternator, and tthe alternator is powered by the engine and the engine is powered by the hydrogen generator. each step of that cycle is inefficient, and you are taking power out of the engine, wasting some of it, and then feeding whats left back into the engine. you are not going to get more power out of it than you are putting back in

      It's not a perpetual motion machine. The hydrogen is using fuel. It's using the water you have to add more water and more baking soda. You have to use your head. Hes not saying it's a perpetual motion machine, and it does work.

    How does the fuel pump not burn up if you're not using the tank though? Serious question, is there a way to bypass it and it not burn up while using only hydrogen on demand?

      Hydrogen has too high an octane to be used on an ICE designed for gas. You'd have to use a different engine.
      The fuel pump actually does burn up prematurely if the gas tank is constantly kept near empty. When there's enough gas, the pump is immersed and the gas acts as a heatsink. Modern fuel pumps operate at a constant flow and a valve regulates the fuel pressure that the fuel injectors are expecting.

      he just had the tank on near empty to prove it was running leaner on the mix. it's like nitrous boost, but it's world war 2 based war emergency power using water. there are other methods such as water methanol. he is using calcium carbonate aka baking soda to control his vapors, and vapor rates with an electrical forced separation rate.

      No there's no pre ignition problems because when the battery or when the key switch is off I have a toggle switch it kills the the direct source of the hydrogen fuel cell bubbler that way and even if it was it wasn't it wouldn't be enough there to cause a compression explosion because the way that I have my system ran is it's on demand and it has a low vacuum pool versus running into a master cylinder

    HYDRO CARBONS...member your grade school science classes. HYDRO CARBONS aka Fossil Fuels. all you need is combustible air....pure oxygen does that on it's own, but it gets very hot very fast, explosively fast. that's what's being burned in a welding setting oxygen acetylene acetylene slows and controls the burn out of the exponentially compounding oxygen explosion to just a very high temperature burn slow for oxygen, but extremely fast for acetylene which burns like kerosene or butane. if you can aerosol motor oil with oxygen.... i bet you get a slower burning diesel.
    chemistry is how we went from gasoline biplanes to mach 4 jets. the germans used pure hydrogen with the V2 rockets, the space shuttles used massive amounts of liquid hydrogen.
    chemicals can be used to control temperatures and molecular states from solids to flame. if i recall correctly baking soda is just calcium carbonate and calcium is lime based and plants love calcium it's the main ingredient in soil calcium which makes your ground soft and also water permeable. it breaks the surface tension aka soil skin protection. kind of an anti sunblock, but for water and fertilizers and other soil nutrients microbes feed on to create rhizomes which are food for plants aka energy nutrients

    Put an amp meter on the line to your electrolyzer and completely (physically), disconnect your gasoline fuel line. You'll find that to make enough hydrogen to "properly" feed that engine (at highway speeds, not idling), takes quite a bit of amperage. The energy in 1 kg of Hydrogen is roughly equal to 1 gallon of gasoline and the efficiency of an ICE burning only hydrogen is slightly less than it would be if burning gasoline. Electrolysis with water requires around 50 kWh of electrical energy to produce one kg of hydrogen. In order to produce the power to drive electrolysis from a 12V battery will require a shit load of amperage. At 60 mph that truck likely requires between 2kg and 3kg of Hydrogen every hour (~60 miles). A 200 amp alternator would provide less than 2500 Watts of power (putting roughly 2.5kWh of energy back into the battery every hour). You're likely running that engine at an extremely lean mixture. To produce the necessary mass of hydrogen at a sufficient rate in this manner will eventually wreck your 12V battery or alternator. Interesting project and I wish you luck but something's not adding up.
    Be careful using hydrogen in an engine that was not designed to burn it. Hydrogen in contact with certain metals can severely weaken them. It's called Hydrogen embrittlement and it occurs most notably in steels, as well as in iron, nickel, titanium, cobalt, and their alloys.

      Actually you can do it if you go and if you if you have the corporation get you an intake that has a forced air ram and and it has a vacuum line for the throttle position in there if you'll just go probably about 2 to 3 inches above that it will actually work in the same principle as it does with the principal as it does with a fuel injection

    I didn’t do HHO this way but I saw another video about wet sock HHO generator so I went and bought the needed supplies and I made one, I was extremely low on gas or I was out of gas and the HHO assembly that I made based on that video that I saw 100% worked flawlessly, I was able to drive to the store, the only thing is, the car doesn’t recognize HHO as gas so my gas gauge showed empty.

      oil rings take care of themselves and compression ring will get lube from residual water vapor upon combustion. engine will clean itself and cat will run cooler as it will have nothing to burn

    Hydrogen fuel cell works simular to a battery but with water emissions. The vapors from the top that you're igniting are electrical outputs(+/-) meant to attach to electrical components. Redirecting its positive charged hydrogen to an air intake of a combustion will definitely change something,but not intended for that usage.

      Ever think maybe you just did something wrong People have been running vehicles off of gas and fires which is extracted hydrogen from the exhaust For over a over 100 years And they run them strictly off of And they run them strictly off of the hydrogen Nothing nothing else Because during the second war they didn't have fuel over in Europe so they ran their vehicles off of hydrogen if you think I'm full of crap look it up Look up Vehicles running off of gas and fires during the second world war Hundred and Hundreds and hundreds of people did it So you maybe are just doing something wrong

    You are going to need a more efficeint cell than that homie. Order a cell from Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and install it in revese. Fill it with water, and catalyst. Supply is with 12v from the alternator lead, and run the water discharge into your intake plenum. You won't be able to generate more H2 with that makeshift can than you can from a factory cell.
    All that Toyota ans BMW has done was reverse the process. They definately make it sound more difficult than it sounds.

    i used inconnel screen.....monel screen...and catyltic converter elements in various builds over the years late 90's to mid 2000s.. the cat element could do 16 liters a minute....but pulled 200 amps....and still not enough to run a brigs and stratton 5 hp engine....which could not turn the alternator at 200 amps....
    so no. i dont believe this at all.

    Yeah lol this isnt how it works in the slightest. Lose more energy generating the hydrogen than it could possibly add to the engine, which in then has to spin a generator powering the fuel cell. So you are just wasting more gas

    War emergency power (WEP) is a throttle setting that was first present on some American World War II military aircraft engines. For use in emergency situations, it produced more than 100% of the engine's normal rated power for a limited amount of time, often about five minutes.[1][2] Similar systems used by non-US forces are now often referred to as WEP as well, although they may not have been at the time, as with the German Luftwaffe's Notleistung and Soviet VVS' forsazh systems.
    WEP in World War II aircraft
    Maximum normal power would be limited by a mechanical stop, for instance a wire across the throttle lever slot. A more forceful push would break the wire, allowing extra power. In normal service, the P-51H Mustang was rated at 1,380 hp (1,030 kW), but WEP would deliver up to 2,218 hp (1,654 kW),[3] an increase of 61%. In the P-51D Mustang, the model most produced and used during World War II, the WEP increased engine power from 1,490 to 1,720 hp (1,110 to 1,280 kW), over 15%. The Vought F4U Corsair, not originally equipped for WEP, later boasted a power increase of up to 410 hp (310 kW) (17%) when WEP was engaged.[2] Several methods were used to boost engine power by manufacturers, including water injection and methanol-water injection. Some earlier engines simply allowed the throttle to open wider than normal, allowing more air to flow through the intake. All WEP methods result in greater-than-usual stresses on the engine, and correspond to a reduced engine lifetime. For some airplanes, such as the P-51D, use of WEP required that the engine be inspected for damage before returning to the air.[4] 5 hours' total use of WEP on the P-51D required a complete tear-down inspection of the engine.[4]
    British and Commonwealth aircraft could increase power by increasing the supercharger boost pressure.[5] This modification was common by the summer of 1940, with the widespread availability of 100 octane fuel. Raising supercharger boost pressure from 6 to 12 psi (41 to 83 kPa)[5] increased the Merlin III engine rating to 1,310 hp (980 kW), an increase of over 250 horsepower (190 kW). Pilots had to log the use of emergency boost and were advised not to use it for more than 5 minutes continuously.
    The German MW 50 methanol-water injection system required additional piping, as well as a storage tank, increasing the aircraft's overall weight.[6] Like other boost techniques, MW 50 was restricted by capacity and engine temperatures and could only be used for a limited time. The GM 1 nitrous oxide injection system, also used by the Luftwaffe, provided extreme power benefits of 25 to 30 percent at high altitude by adding oxidizer gases but required cooling on the ground and, like the MW 50 boost system, added significant weight.[6] One of the few German aircraft that could be equipped with both Notleistung systems, the late war Focke-Wulf Ta 152H high-altitude fighter, could attain a velocity of some 470 mph (756 km/h) with both systems used together. Kurt Tank reportedly once did this, using both boost systems simultaneously when he was flying a Junkers Jumo 213E-powered Ta 152H prototype fitted with both MW 50 and GM-1, to escape a flight of P-51D Mustangs in April 1945.

    Perhaps the most dramatic WEP feature was found in the MiG-21bis fighter jet. This late variant of the standard Soviet light fighter plane was built as a stopgap measure to counter the newer and more powerful American F-16 and F/A-18 fighters until the next-generation MiG-29 could be introduced to service.
    The MiG-21bis received the upgraded Tumansky R-25 engine, which retained the standard 9,400 / 14,600 lbf (42 / 65 kN) normal and afterburner power settings of earlier R-13 powerplants, but with emergency thrust boost from an overspeed to 106% and increased afterburner fuel from a second afterburner fuel pump.[7] Use of this boost feature provided 21,900 lbf (97.4 kN) of thrust for 2 minutes maximum in wartime. It gave the MiG-21bis slightly better than 1:1 thrust-to-weight ratio and a climb rate of 50,000 ft/min (254 m/s), equalling F-16 capabilities in a dogfight.
    In air combat practice with the MiG-21bis, use of WEP thrust was limited to one minute, to reduce the impact on the engine 800 hours time between overhaul, since every second of WEP was equivalent to several minutes of running without it. When WEP was selected, the R-25 produced a 16 feet (5 m) long blowtorch exhaust - the six or seven brightly glowing rhomboid "shock diamonds" visible inside the flames gave the emergency-power setting its "diamond regime" name.
    F-15C
    The Vmax switch on the F-15 fighter jet allows the engines to burn 22 degrees hotter and about 2% more revolutions per minute, as well as boosting engine and afterburner fuel flow by around 4%. It is safety-wired shut. During combat, pulling the Vmax switch would provide the pilot with a little more thrust. However, Vmax usage is limited to a maximum of six minutes, and the engines would then need to be serviced and rebuilt.[8][9]
    WEP in surface vehicles
    Some modern military surface vehicles also employ WEP features. The US Marine Corps Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (cancelled in 2011) sported a 12-cylinder 1,200 bhp (890 kW) diesel engine developed by the German company MTU. When the EFV is swimming the powerplant can be boosted to 2,700 hp (2,000 kW) via the use of open circuit seawater-cooling.[10] Such extreme war power setting allows the MTU engine to drive four massive water-jet exhausts which propel the surface-effect riding EFV vehicle at sea speeds reaching 35 knots (65 km/h).
    Although the EFV prototypes demonstrated revolutionary performance on water and land, the reliability of their extremely boosted powerplants never met stringent military standards and the vehicle failed to enter Marine Corps service.

      Thank you for your comments I greatly appreciate it. Time to change with the production of motor vehicles hinges now are built to handle high temperatures high RPMs and higher octane levels .
      I've taken the time to research and figure out how to bypass all my sensors without crediting any issues I have game between 30 and 35% MPG therefore saving money and putting more food on my table

      Have you used one. It took me 3 months of study and research to understand the concept of HHO ,how it is produced , the exact amperage. Hydrogen fuel on demand , no pressure tanks . How to run the system with out effecting the ecmu or air mass. .

      I can't speak on anyone else's project .
      I had my 2005 Chevrolet 2500 ls 6.0. Get approx 50 plus mpg using it as a hybrid. .
