now hold up! I've been doing these for a week and only today did I hear Kayleen say that 'you must be dancing alongside these workouts' and truth is, I'm not a dancer and this is all the workout I've been doing. I hope that's still okay? Should I be doing more?? Loving the workouts though
haha no it's totally okay to not be dancing! I'm not dancing either lol
