White fungus soup & red bean cakes |Easy to follow! Cool, healthy and tasty!

  • • Ingredients: white fungus soup
    No-soak white fungus 20 grams(150 ml of water for per gram), 0:26,
    Add proper amount of red dates, Chinese wolfberries and rock sugar as we like. 0:36,
    Put the above ingredients in pot and simmer for 20 mins till it gets glued and sticky. Then turn off the heat. It’s better to eat it cool and refrigerated.
    • Ingredients: red bean fillings (enough for making 48 red bean cakes)
    Red beans 500 grams (soaked for 4 hours) 1:22,
    Corn oil 50 grams 2:32,
    White granular sugar 50 grams(slightly sweet) 2:43.
    • Have the red beans soaked and then take them out. Simmer with 1000 grams of water over medium heat for 40 minutes to 60 minutes, until it’s easily pressed into paste by fingers. Add more water at halfway if necessary, but not too much, just enough to make sure some water remains after finish simmering. Then add proper amount of sugar and press it into paste. Usually the fillings can only last for 2 days, we can stir-fry it to make it last for like 7 days. After stir-frying, wrap it up and keep it in the freezer, and we can use it to make many kinds of food anytime.
    • Ingredients: crust(enough for making 24 cakes of the same size as in the video)
    All-purpose flour 250 grams 3:31,
    Yeast 3 grams 3:31,
    White granular sugar 30 grams 3:37,
    Milk 80 grams 3:40,
    An egg of about 60 grams 3:43,
    Butter 30 grams, 3:50,
    • Knead the above ingredients into a dough and let it rise till twice the size. Then we can make many kinds of cakes like mung bean cakes or red bean cakes. Bake in electrical baking pan for about 12 mins. This kind of cakes made with risen dough are easily digested too.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

      预计180(℃)15分钟左右就行,自己做的馅子湿,可能裂开,但不影响味道。

      国内叫九阳,我也是挑了很长时间,因为大部分的都很浅,一半都1.5公分左右,我觉着别管什么牌子,尽量买深一点的,做的东西比较多。
