  • • Ingredients: Crispy flatbread stuffed with brown sugar and peanut(10)
    All-purpose flour 500 grams 0:21,
    Yeast 5 grams 0:21,
    Water 350 grams 0:29,
    Peanuts 200 grams(baked) 0:57,
    Flour 200 grams(beat it with the cooked peanuts) 1:23,
    Brown sugar 250 grams 1:55,
    Peanut oil 80 grams(it’s fine to add less of it, just make sure the ingredients can coagulate) 2:11,
    Water proper amount(if the fillings is still dry with the 80 grams of oil, add some water) 2:27,
    Pastry(100 grams of hot oil and 100 grams of flour) 2:51,
    • Baking temperature: it’s the best to bake it with 280 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on the middle rack of oven and bake it for 12 mins. If the oven can’t reach 280 degrees, then bake it with the highest temperature it can provide. And bake it for a longer time.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

    你好!油酥沒用完放冰箱下次用一定要再加熱嗎?拿出來放室溫再攪拌均勻可以直接用嗎?麻煩你了

      加热是为了恢复油酥的流动性。要是室温能让油酥又有流动性比较好抹了就不需要加热了,但是你想快点或者室温不够高,那加热一下就行了。其实加热方便多了。
