  • Hey guys just a quick video explaining the purchase order and thought process behind the purchases and a little discussion about embellishments in season 4.
    TL;DR on purchase order
    1. Broodkeeper
    2. Djaruun (rashok polearm)
    3. Depends what you want, you can be Fyrakk's Rageheart, Whispering Incarnate Icon, Boon, Grieftorch, or even Neltharion class trinket if you're windwalker. If you naturally loot any of those items just move up the buy order.

    Djaruun is a wasted Dinar. Forgestorm and Thorncaller individually are 5-6% consistently adding to 10-12% of your damage combined. You don't need the base agility at that level for stagger, and double Sophic Devotion is 1864 main stat and that enchants proc for the entire expansion has been consistently high. With Djaruun you get the 1013 base and one sophic which is 932, giving you 1935 agility. Thorncaller gives you 337 combined with double sophic adds up to 2201. Both Forgestorm and Thorncaller do more in 2 mins 30 seconds than Djarrun does in it’s 10 second duration (not to mention Djaruun’s dismal and wasted on single target. While ThornStorm excels in both AoE and Single. Djaruun is low mastery, and with a hissing rune gives you 712, while duel wielding hissing rune gives you 620 that is a difference of .5% at most, and with Seal of Filial Duty, you’re going to hit mastery DR quick. We’ll have to agree to disagree, because I’m certain the throughput in “ThornStorm” will win out in every scenario.

      thorncaller is never 6% of your overall unless you're doing your rotation horrendously, forgestorm is also again never 6% for the same reason. they're at ABSOLUTE best 3-4% and in high aoe dungeons (pretty much every single dungeon) its more like 2%, and again thats in best case scenarios. you're also talking about a 30% uptime on sophic in best case scenario (usually its like 25-28%) so your math isnt accurate, djaruun will on average have way higher agility throughout a dungeon. djaruun also isnt 1013 agi, its 1013 MORE than thorncaller. (1350 agi at 528) so you're missing 337 agi from the djaruun calc which puts it at more agility than the dualwield.

    • @Equinoxmonk
      @Equinoxmonk  4 месяца назад

      also have to keep in mind the pure damage loss on all your abilities from losing that much agility the tooltip loss alone is 6k off the top. You're highly overrating the dual wield duo

    there wont exist a realm of conversation regarding other better tanks needing any items for reasons of elevating self composure in terms of tanking. the good trinket may elevate the tanking capacity of brewmaster, but the guardian druid will be just as equally good with a lower end trinket. i hate how you need to reach the top end of the normal distribution as a brewmaster in order to compensate for the lack of good tanking design.

    I feel like getting a myth track weapon asap(djaruun) should be better value compared to the ring. Crafted rings are also crazy value as they come with a socket. So I think the eranog ring is definitely low prio.
    I feel like getting bis weapon and a the bis trinket provide better on demand value. As the stat budget on rings is very low.

       @balazsscheier5901 eranog ring was not recommended, broodkeeper ring for m+ gives better value than a weapon especially since you're only gaining 6 ilvls from an m+ weapon max upgrade - djaruun vs a ring with a shield effect that doesn't exist anywhere else and scales with crit/vers which brew uses both of (crit scales it cause of CF). also as far as likelihood of getting the items djaruun is much more likely due to the sheer amount of people who dont use agi polearms

    any thoughts or input on the rageheart, augury, ouroboreal, pillar combo?

    • @Equinoxmonk
      @Equinoxmonk  4 месяца назад +1

      For lower keys/raid i think that's fine, I actually forgot the ouroboreal neck existed so I'll have to do some testing on that. Rageheart I'm still up in the air about, I really like granyths over rageheart right now but it might just be better to run rageheart on tyran weeks and granyths on fort weeks.

    Djaruun is worse than Forgestorm, Thorncaller Claw combo 2x Enchants 2x Runes.

    • @Equinoxmonk
      @Equinoxmonk  4 месяца назад +1

      It isnt, you're losing 1013 agility from using that combo and the 2nd rune doesnt make up for the mastery you lose from using that combo. djaruun active on its own is 3.5-4% overall, that ontop of the massive agi difference makes djaruun better

    • @Equinoxmonk
      @Equinoxmonk  4 месяца назад

      forgestorm is also omega RNG reliant on its damage, same with thorncaller so its not worth when djaruun is consistent every single key
