    Thank you. I think this is what I needed to here. I feel like my weight loss is super duper slow. I've started weight training and I'm enjoying it. I'm going to persevere and give it some time!

      Yes!!!!! It can be so frustrating!! But lifting weights is honestly magical and it will catch on!!!❤❤❤

    Good tips, thank you!! My current fat loss phase is moving slower than usual and I'm getting frustrated. I usually get the woosh effect much sooner. Hearing that you had to wait a month is crazy!! I will persevere and trust the process but it is frustrating.

      It is so crazy sometimes hey!!! Our Bodies are so much smarter than us!!! When it goes it goes !! ❤❤❤❤ hang in there , fat loss phases are not easy :) I just started one this week just a mini one ! ❤
