Thanks for the video, very inspirational as always. As a former track&field athlete, however, I have to ask about your hurdle jumps. Why do you lead with one leg? I always did them with my legs in parallel.

do you ever have a problem with turf toe? do you do any warm ups/ stretches for your feet?
at 44 seconds I knew I could no longer hang
I like 1:02's exercise, probably the only one I feel comfortable doing
Don't forget to use a mattress though, or it will not feel very comfortable :)
