FUN & EFFECTIVE Training - Plyometrics! One of my favorite workouts for upper and lower body Power, and to get in shape! This type of training is very intense and can be difficult, so always start easy and from the basics - then step it up. #bodyweighttraining #plyometrics #bodyweightworkout #fitness #workout #exercise #conditioning
