FOREARMS & GRIP STRENGTH: 10 EFFECTIVE EXERCISES

- Effective Exercises for Forearms and Grip specific Training. A strong Grip provides more Strength & Capacity of making Gains & Progress. A weak Grip & Forearms can set limits for Several Exercises, where it will be the first Thing to give up (instead of the primary Muscles worked), while a strong Grip will help lifting more Weight and supports in several Exercises. Strength & Stability in the Hands, Wrists, Fingers & Forearms is important in Training for a wide range of Activities, even just to feel stronger and more confident with a solid Grip.
Only train at your level and capacity. All Exercises are not suitable for Everyone. Pause or break any Exercise or Workout if you need to. Listen to your Body and don't attempt anything you can't manage.
Always warm up before working out.

I have not left or planned to permanently do so :) I know there have been some periods between several uploads, I've still been here reading comments, trying to answer to video/workout specific questions, translated existing videos to add subtitles for several languages etc. Actually I've spent a lot of time just to add seperate english subtitles so that the viewer can use it for desired automatic translation as well. Hopefully someone has been using it.
When I see a low interest on the channel and videos (as well as reach out) it's more difficult for me to use more time to try to be active with new content, Of course it's also less motivating (I track several parametres to see what interest there is). For a viewer it's just a few minutes compressed material, but for me it's sometimes days and even weeks of planning and making :D
I'm not sponsored by anyone, and don't promote any own products or training programs and such. If your channel is work related, of course it's easier and naturally to spend more time on it and promote your business. These years I've been doing this on my free time and based on what interest I can see. Great activity and interest on the channel opens up for more time that I can spend here, and is way more motivating. Thanks everyone for commenting, I hope people understand and see my channel for what it is at this point. I wish everyone good strength and a great training journey.

Big shout out to Kris. I have always found your videos useful and inspirational. One of the primary reasons for this is that as I look at various fitness/bodybuilding YT channels I see that you have achieved an amazing physique using very basic equipment and just your own bodyweight. This is such a contrast to some other RUclipsrs, like Mike Thurston, who utilize an amazing array of expensive equipment. I'm not casting shade on Mr. Thurston who has achieved an impressive physique as well, BUT you have achieved a comparable physique using just the basics. This really impresses me!

For Calisthenics I always refer your channel along with the Germans Calisthenics Movement channel.
