      All you have to do is: 1 make a promiss to yourself, 2 find a way and 3 never break the promiss.
      The rule is, If other people can I can, you can.
      Just go for it! I´m on the journey myself.
      I know you can...

    Super impressive strength and definitely great exercises for developing power. One criticism though. Far too long amortisation phase meaning that strictly, most of these aren't really plyometrics, except for your two hopping exercises. Plyometrics is all about a very brief amount of contact time with the ground and harnessing the stretch-shorten cycle rather than exploding from a stationary position.

      You can try decline push ups!

    • @calimove
      @calimove  9 лет назад +1

      It's really hard to build up your upper chest if you don't have the genes to put on mass there. You will always hit your whole chest even when you do exercises like Decline Push ups or Pike Push Ups. I don't say you can't build up mass there but it is really hard.

    • @antoinesfeir9664

    Hi ! I'm french, so excuse me for my english ^^
    I love what you do, that's amazing !
    I would like to know how I have to work my explosivity in calisthenics, how much time between exercices, between repetitions ? How much repetition and set ? How I must do my mouvement ?
    Thanks for your answer :)

    • @Legendflex684
      @Legendflex684 3 года назад

      Choose an exercise in which you can do atleast 6-8 reps. You stop your set when there is a major decrease in your speed and don't go any more reps. 2.5-3 min rest should be enough.

    • @Legendflex684
      @Legendflex684 3 года назад

      How many times a week depends on your goals. If you really want explosive plyometric strength over true strength then train this more frequently. Or vice versa depending on your goals

    I am working on slow, non-kipping muscle ups like you do in your videos (along with other things). What are some specific exercises I can do that will build strength to be able to do them?

    • @calimove
      @calimove  9 лет назад

      All kinds of explosive pull ups. The best is the waist pull up. It's like a muscle up without the grip switch. You can start with high pull ups (chest to bar). Later you can add a little swing/momentum (straight body + legs) to it (only to get over the bar and pull higher).

    I have to ask something for planche and hope u can help me :)
    Like tucked planche i can't straight my back for advanced tucked planche, so I think I need to training my back more but how?

    • @calimove
      @calimove  9 лет назад +4

      No the problem is not the back. When you move from tucked to advanced tucked Planche you just increase the lever + when you extend one leg or just go to a tucked planche you have to lean more forward to hold the balance, and thats the hard point. As much more you lean forward, as much more harder gets the move because your shouldergirdle have to hold the whole burden. Just take a look at tucked planche and full planche pictures and compare there lean.
