I was introduced to basic calisthenics during the lockdown of 2020. My body responded very well to it. However I have never been able to do full pull-ups and in recent years, I've injured my elbow. I'd watched a video of Calimoves's in which Alex stated that Sven had injured his elbow and then took a break to do mobility exercises for a few months, to fully recover. The memory of that video made me purchase your Mobility program on 3/5/2024. But ever since then we've found out that my mother needs a heart bypass surgery and for that things have been pretty wild, at home. Now, things have been figured out and she gets operated on the 4th of June. With that comfortable thought in mind, I will be beginning your mobility program from tomorrow. I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT AND GRADUATING FROM IT, TO YOUR CALISTHENICS PROGRAM!! Thank you for putting out your videos, they help more than you can imagine:)
@@viktorgubecka577 ----- thank you, Viktor. The surgery is coming up soon. Mom is doing well. I'm in the process of getting everything ready. Blood donors and all, etc.
If you don't want to injure elbows you need to do proper warmup before training and it will be so good to do streching after training too. Talking specifically about pull-ups - you have to think more about technic. I also injured my elbow, and only after half a year i understood that my technic was wrong. I focused too much on my arms, when i needed to focus on the back. Basically you need to pull your body with your back, not arms. You can push your scapula to the back, like trying to attach them together(dont push it too far) and try to think of pull up like pushing bar to the floor, not like pulling you up.
@@gauravrao9082 no problem bro 🫡. Btw, you need to go out to get at least 30 min of sun on your skin daily. Level 4. Calisthenics became my true passion, and even my son ,that has 7 years, is loving to do it. He can already hold like 10s in full elbow lever and elbow lever. It would be perfect to achieve and learn some tricks about the moves that I'm trying now, like planche and front lever. The back lever is already a move that feels easy. Ty guys!

I’m definitely somewhere between-- Level ✨✨3️⃣ and level✨✨ 4️⃣---.I find myself focused and more gauged ⚖️ towards improving the Handstand push-up, the 90^degrees hold🔥, and the press to handstand. First time seeing this concept of pyramid to understand where you are in the journey! Thanks for that. There are many guys around with fairly good level, making videos for “beginners “ but actually are showing stuff way too advanced and difficult for average guys, hence discouragement and quitting…. I’ll wait a bit before human flagging… let’s go back to basics with some clean push ups 🙂
how long did it take you to reach level 4 when you were an absolute beginner? I'm currently on level 2 and approaching level 3, and I took calisthenics seriously for almost a year.
This is amazing. I am an absolute beginner who jusy started calisthenics a few weeks ago. I am extremely determined. This is the roadmap I needed at exactly the time I needed it. Thanks so much 🙏
Cheers to all of us striving to improve our life/fitness journeys! As a beginner in calisthenics I’m amazed by how much I’ve learned so far. Each video inspires me to push my limits and embrace new challenges. I was truly inspired by today’s video on the progression pyramid and how exercises grow in complexity. Understanding the structured approach to calisthenics through your model has clarified so much for me. It’s fascinating to see how I can gradually advance from simpler exercises to more complex ones as I build my strength and skills. Winning a course from you would be incredibly beneficial in helping me navigate through these levels with precision and confidence. Thanks for the chance to transform my approach to fitness with such a great training strategy!
I really want to make change in my body. I am 18 years old skinny guy. I can do maximum 25 push-ups, 15 dips and 5 pull-ups in a row. I want to increase my strength and my arm size. But I am struggling with motivation because whatever exercise I try to do I can't pump my triceps. I exhaust my arms, but my triceps are like that I haven't done any exercises even after 60-70 push ups and 30 chair dips when I do workout at home. I will be very happy if someone can give me advice!
1) Combine with weight training & yoga. 2) Work out for enjoyment & health, not image/size. Love yourself as you are & where you are. Enjoy the journey. Learn patience. 🙏 Good luck
This was a great video, showing where to start and the way to progress is terrific and makes it less daunting to actually get started. Thanks from Ireland
I watched your channel 1year ago on that time I not able to do one proper push up but I regularly do knee push ups 3 sets one day 9 sets per week ...now I am able to do 5 clean push ups ...thanks for guidance... love from India 🇮🇳
Started your program Complete Calisthenics at the age of 30, I am currently about to move into Level 2. I really enjoy how its planned for beginners and takes you through the journey at a manageable pace. Flexibility is not my strong point, so that is something I need to improve!
Just starting with beginner! I started my training journey this year and for the past six months I've been doing a bodybuilding focused program. My ultimate goal has always been to start calisthenics and in happy to say i start this week! I'm focusing on the body transformation program and am excited to get started! Wishing everyone the best in their journey!
It's important to mention, that if you want faster progress, you should also be doing some mobility drills on your off training days. I'm a proud owner of your first mobility program and I admit, that after a month I started having significant improvements in my trainings and range of motion. Also pain in my knees had gradually reduced, so I could do more demanding exercises without pain. Thank you for your substantial work!
I've been working on front lever for years now! As a rock climber I feel like being able to hold core tension from hand to toes is important and the shoulder stability required is also crucial.
I really want to master calisthenics and improve my body and I think this program would really help me in my journey. I find it amazing that you offer this possibilty 👍 Helping people with their calisthenics goals ❤
Hello everyone. For the last 15 years, I have hardly been able to stay on my feet for more than half an hour due to my health. Thanks to your progression steps, I have worked my way up (as an example) from wall push-ups to 3 x 10 repetitions of push-ups on the floor. I'm doing everything to get from level 1 to level 2. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭Beat
I'm at top 3 - bottom 4, working on free handstand, can do weighted pullups and dips, HSPUs with free negetives and toe assisted on positive, advanced frog planche var, straddle front lever var, almost at one arm pushups, all this considering I was chubby 1.5 years ago. My tip for you is consistency 4 days a week for a year and half straight with good nutrition and rest can do wonders. Kudos

This was very useful. After 18 months of weights-based strength training I've recently switched to calisthenics. I'm currently still level 2 with some testing of the exercises in level 3 👍
Very nice breakdown! I was probably at level 3.5 before I got injured. I haven't been back to working out since, but I'm trying to resume now. I'd say I'm at level 2 currently. Your videos have helped me a lot. Appreciate it 🙏
I'm at intermediate level, currently working on pull up and dip volume! Very interesting video to see where i currently am after a year of calisthenics!
I’m at intermediate at the moment. I have had a few rounds with your programme six to seven years back and the impression that stayed with me is FUN! It seldom felt like going to the gym to do work, it felt like PLAY!
I'm at the top of level one but my abs and legs are weak. My weakness has been after being disabled since 2009. My abs have been ripped open 5 times. I'm weening off of meds like intravenous feeding tubes. I'm hoping before the end of this year. I also had a mild stroke. Dr. said it was likely due to being sedentary, he recommended lots of exercise. It's been 14 months and I've made good progress, all things considered
I value your scientific approach and recommend your channel/programs to anyone considering or interested in calisthenics. Thank you for your service! I'll be choosing between your mobility or body transformation programs if selected.
Somewhere in level 3! Almost comfortable with freestanding handstands, happy with my L-sits, straight arm tucks aren't too bad. When it comes to pulling related skills like muscle ups I have a fair way to go. As you say in the video, everyone seems to have their strengths and weaknesses! Loving the mobility 2.0 program and mobility E book ✌️
Great content as always! 😍 I'm working on my free handstand and I am trying to get to 8 clean pull ups. Thanks for all your work!

A mix of 2 to 4 all my life, but after 2 years of less exercising for fun because I was doing a lot of manual work, now at 59 I'm struggling to get back, let alone progress. Your videos are very inspiring!
I'm definitely a beginner, may be top beginner. Really want to progress and hope to win the course and get going for real! Keep up the great content, much love.
Awesome video. I'm currently returning from an injury and rebuilding my foundation. So probably close to top level 1 or even bottom level 2. Slowly and steady as not to hurt myself again!.
I love how structured you have the progression, and we can easily see what each level looks like. Also Level 6 looks truly gravity defying, definitely worthy of the title "Super Human".
I'm working hard to achieve a higher level. A Super Saiyan level. My current best: Pull Up: 1 archer pull up - each arm - or - 6 typewritter pull ups -each arm- Push Up: 3-5 reps archer push ups on rings Legs: pistol more than 6 reps. Working towards dragon pistol squat. Skills: Free Handstand: 30 seconds more or less L-sit: 30 seconds skin the cat: 7 reps -slow/good tempo- planche: tuck, maybe 12 seconds on floor Working with your Complete Calisthenics program, highly recommendated
I got into calisthenics not too long ago, and I'm at about top of level 2 to the bottom of level 3, and watching some of what this guy did, and especially what he showed at level 6 completely made my jaw drop. That said, it doesn't change the fact I'll try to get to level 6, even if it takes most of my life to do so.
I've been doing home workouts for a while now, but I'm kind of stuck on how to get the most out of what I'm doing. Hoping to grab one of your programs to take it to the next level. Thanks!
Glad to know I'm almost at the top of level 3 being 6ft2(191cm) tall, in my thoughts I was a bad intermediate. I wish y'all stay consistent and always feeling good working out everyday for the rest of the life, love this sport
I'm somewhere in level 5 with most of the strength stuff, but you definitely see more divergence from the levels as you go up. Like hspu is a skill I don't have at all but I've managed front lever pullups before and 20 mu. You kinda specialize after a while
I was never really into calisthenic skills; just interested in raw strength useful in everyday life / survival / fighting. With the skills I' barely level 2, but concerning strength a solid 4 and quite proud of it. Only the one arm pull up is left; but someday I'll get this too! Experimenting with free weights these days and it's really fun!
These are incredible. Really great to see this organization. I would say that I am mostly level two, with a very small amount of level three mixed in. Really psyched to keep training, and thanks for all your insights.
I'm 13 years old and got into calisthenics when I was around 12. Currently, it's a big struggle due to my poor leg mobility. I would say I am around levels 2-3. Motivation is the hardest part of all this. Furthermore, straight arm exercises seem almost impossible, as I can't even do the frog planche without bending my elbows. I love your channel, as it provides useful tips when I need them. I just wish I could get myself to stay committed.

Between level 3 and 4, but you guys helped me a lot since level 1, thank you for all your content 👌🏼
Stuck on intermediate since my shoulder and wrist injury but slowly and gently progressing and being more mindful of my training great video as always
Just beginning! After a injury... so slowly. You guys are amazing!
Im at the bottom of level one and I'm really focused on improving my push-ups and my big goal is to be able to do pull-ups. Love your channel.
3.5, mostly strength but working toward the mobility portion which is to some extent the root of the next levels with focus on technique. Thank you!
Currently at intermediate level of your program.
I can really see results.
Thank you for the great work!💪🏻💪🏻
I'm working hard to achieve a higher level. A Super Saiyan level.
My current best:
Pull Up: 1 archer pull up - each arm - or - 6 typewritter pull ups -each arm-
Push Up: 3-5 reps archer push ups on rings
Legs: pistol more than 6 reps. Working towards dragon pistol squat.
Skills:
Free Handstand: 30 seconds more or less
L-sit: 30 seconds
skin the cat: 7 reps -slow/good tempo-
planche: tuck, maybe 12 seconds on floor
Working with your Complete Calisthenics program, highly recommendated
Im at the top of level 1 begginer and yours videos always tive me motivation to keep training
A level 2ish…you are absolutley correct as to amount of variation to the exercises.
I've been doing home workouts for a while now, but I'm kind of stuck on how to get the most out of what I'm doing.
Hoping to grab one of your programs to take it to the next level. Thanks!
This channel is like a treasure
Good luck for everyone
That is exacly what i needed. The moment i think about a progressive calisthenic program this popup. Thank you calisthenic angel sent by God.
The content is solid. The program guided me from 0 pullups to 9 pullups
Just started my journey with the mobility program... Preparing my foundation for the next program! Great material guys!
Superhuman looks insane. Current at the top of level 2 at best. What a thing to aspire to.
You kinda specialize after a while
Top of Level 1. Growing stronger!
Was at 3rd in highschool but now back to 2nd... time to get back to some serious exercising!
These are incredible. Really great to see this organization. I would say that I am mostly level two, with a very small amount of level three mixed in. Really psyched to keep training, and thanks for all your insights.
I am between at the end of level 3. Following you guys since years. Love your content!
Greetings from Bavaria
I'm 13 years old and got into calisthenics when I was around 12. Currently, it's a big struggle due to my poor leg mobility. I would say I am around levels 2-3. Motivation is the hardest part of all this. Furthermore, straight arm exercises seem almost impossible, as I can't even do the frog planche without bending my elbows. I love your channel, as it provides useful tips when I need them. I just wish I could get myself to stay committed.
