- Alternating superman (6 each side)
= Rest 30s if desired
- Archer pushups (7 each side)
- Walkout planks (3 reps)
- Jumping squats (10 reps)
- Reverse lunges (8 each leg, one leg variation)
- Reverse elbow pushups (8 reps)
- Reverse snow angels (6 reps)
- Glute bridges (10 for each leg or 20)
