diamond grip = triceps killer
Forget free weights. This is real strength.
ur free standing handstand push ups are some of the best i have seen
first time i see how to use correctly a couple of books ... nice training and video!
Haha, yeah... gotta use them for something :-)
Great: straight to the point, zero bullshit and strength in spades.
Great inspirational video as usual. HSPU is exactly what I am currently working on. 10 sec free standing so far, and 60 seconds supported. 5-6 negatives and partials. Working towards greater range of motion.
Great display of shoulder strength, core control and balance! Awesome job as usual Kris!
Used to do partial handstand pushups with a boxing glove to decrease the range of motion. This looks like a much better scaled version. Awesome video!
Next video on "the nutritional part of calisthenics" would be wonderful..
This is one of the greatest fitness videos I have ever seen and I like your channel a lot. I will definitely try your Basics & Progression exercises. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing more of the progression. As a woman and growing it is really helpful to see the process. Got my goals and work cut out for me now!
Thats great, good luck with your training.
awesome progression and great music choice to go along. more progressions and tutorials always welcomed

I still have to do the supported kind but I never thought to try grip variations. Thanks man! Still can only do three unsupported ones but I'm workin' on it. Jack
Awesome...can't wait to add these to my workout
i thought i was weak because i do the partially supported hspu. this video has been very helpful ill add some negatives and climbs up so that later i can practise my balance. thanks man
Thanks for the reply mate. Keep the inspiring vids coming!
Excellent, that's real strength
Great video, you are very strong and have good balance. The only thing I would question is why are your hands so wide? The variation you didn't show was what I would call a normal handstand width as you would see a gymnast do which is hands shoulder width apart. Interestingly the only time you got near that was when you walk up to the wall facing it. Then you naturally brought your hands closer to under your shoulders. With hands under your shoulders you will have better balance in the lock out and the range of motion on the hspu will be larger so you get more out of them.
starting from the beginning, how long will it realistically take someone who can't yet do a handstand pushup to reach a level he can do these comfortably
Very good you're really an excellent body, success good luck.💪💪💪💪💪💪💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
The scissor one was amazing

Great video as always. I was wondering if you take any protein or supplements to keep and build muscle but still be lean?
Awesome!
You're a great source of motivation! Respect!
When did you start start training altogether?
If you don't mind' how much do you weigh?
Jaallam Thanks! When I was a teenager (I am 30+ now). My normal weight is 85-90 kg in good shape.
thank you so much! looking forward to advance in the calisthenics world :)

Sly Coop Cool, cheers man
This is helpful، more please
Great man, more videos in future
thank you!!
Great video. Only just started getting into bodyweight work more. What resistant work do you do? Sinuous bother with things like bicep curl or just do chin ups?
Thanks. No I've done curls before but I only work my biceps with calisthenics exercises now. See my calisthenics back/biceps workout video for example. More of my free weight training / weighted calisthenics etc you can go to that playlist on my channel.
What was your daily routine like ? how long did it take you to achieve this awesome level of handstand push-ups?
.
Nice!
Awsome...!!!
Great video Sir :) How many times do you practise your handstands? Because my progress is really slow and I can't hold my balance while doing the handstand. I would like to practise more often but I feel a little pain after some exercises (like planch with bent legs) and I don't want to overtrain myself. Any idea? :/ Thank you!
Thanks for your instructive video, man. I got a question, when I practice the shoulder push ups, especially when I raise the height, I feel in the end, it's my quads feeling stressed and tired because it's a 90 degree between legs and upper body, so your quads should be involved, but my shoulder or triceps are not that burned out yet, is it OK or how should I do to correct it? Any suggestions, appreciated.
Thanks. Well its normal to feel the legs but if your legs burn out faster than your shoulders/tricep they probably only lack some static strength for that position. Should probably work better soon. Try if keeping legs completely straight or a little bent in knees changes it.
In later vids u guys said to do hspu with stomach facing wall cause the arch back
Awesome work! trying these out when i heal. whats the name of the song?
sorry doesnt matter i got it
Damn he FINE!
loved it❤❤❤
Now still trying to do basic one
Nice video! I'm 14 ..how do I get started in calisthenics...what do I need to do?
Do you have any advice on how to incorporate calisthenics into weightlifting routines for bodybuilding?
BEAST!!!! first comment LOL
When should you start handstand push ups? For now I just manage to do 75-85 in a row and some variations on a the regular push-ups, but I'm not that good at one-handed push-ups but I was just wondering so I could set myself some goals..
not even lying what a nice body
Good job ! Are you Swedish ?
Should elbows flare out for HSPs or should they be tucked against the torso in more of a triceps movement?
Nice
Is this an exercise the balance impaired like myself can master once I have the muscular capability?
HI Chris!
How should one schedule the HSPU training sessions?
For example, i train them 3 times per week: Day 1: High volume HSPU (many sets, low reps) - Day 2: Deep negative HSPUs - Day 3: High intensity (not perfect form, min rest).
Do you think it's good? I'm currently at 5 perfect form wall assisted HSPUs, and my goal is 15.
Wow. Beast.
mirrin respect
Fuckk this guy is so ripped - well done bro do you have any bodyweight training programs?
