Hi, I’m back to this video because I was questioning myself about something that seemed obvious to me in the beginning.
When you say 5-10 rounds, you mean the 5 rounds you showed, or 5x5 ?
Cuz that seems out of reach, still I always did 3x5 and I still have great results.

Thats great! Yes, 5 rounds refers to 1 full "set". So "5-10 Rounds" is 1 or 2 sets of whats illustrated in the video (just repeating the same 5 rounds). Hope it helps :)
Calisthenics & Weight Training thanks a lot, and yes it did help. 5 times these 5 rounds would’ve been suicide anyways.

Round 2 : 10 Burpees - 16 Toe touches - 40 Mountain Climbers

Round 4 : 10 Burpees - 12 Knee Tucks - 12 Alt. Lunges

Awesome workout! I have been doing this type of workout before joining the gym, and yes in half a year in my own pace I have lost solid 6-8kg, while gaining lot of strength and endurance. Recommended!

Completed this workout..Was boosting that i would do 5rounds 5 sets....Ended up doing 5 rounds 2 set with 3 minute break between rounds..Will follow this routine regularly fr some time ...Need to erase lower belly fat .

Also nice conditioning workout. I've been wanting to input more conditioning into my training for the endurance aspect since I'm a fighter but I also spend a lot of my time training strength. I dont want to overdue volume and hurt my gains but my cardio definitely could use some work. How do you schedule cardio without fucking up your gains? Right now I'm thinking light cardio vs training like hiit. I feel I'm overthinking it tbh Haha. There so many things I want to do to become my own unique elite athlete but programming it is the difficult part.

Training like fighter is so greatfull, you get to chose your style of strenght, power, endurance. Listen to your body. Personaly i think its best to have better muscle endurance with moderate power and strenght output to keep up good pace during hole fight. Constant bursts rather than fast powerful bursts with little longer recovery time where you can be vounlarble. For example nick diaz is on one side of spectrum and tyrone woodly type on other. Greats come somewhere in middle like jones, silva, mighty mouse... if you worry for your gainz , you shouldnt be, couz you get different gainz in other type of muscle fibers, which are not that flashy, but work capacity. Mix it all up, find you balance.
