lets be real here. Everyone wants to learn how to tig weld aluminum or weld. The skill here is "fabrication". Welding was about 5% of this whole project. Learning to weld will get you a job, but if you want a career and make money, then you need to learn everything in this video that is not welding.

Oh and I have no idea how you always do everything in those gloves and still so on point with everything, it’s impressive. Is there a reason behind it or is it just the way you like to work. I mean I wear gloves for a lot of different things especially work done on metal but the gloves are no where near as thick aside from when I’m welding and I always end up taking them off in the middle of what I’m doing because I can’t feel anything lol. I’m just saying you’re really good lol.
You are one monster fabricator. There are many things that would have taxed my brain pretty hard, and you blasted right through them all.. nice work. Are you a southpaw, or do you just hold the torch like that from habit?
It almost seem that its easier to TIG aluminium since you don't need to care about oxidation after a weld since that is actually just good for better corrosion resistance and never have any color to it so its never seen anyway.
It might be as you quoted "lipstick on a pig" but it's going to be a very fancy pig. To quote Charlotte's Web "That's some Pig" Nice work, i love your videos. Keep up the excellent work.

Not true both parts equally take as much effort .If you can weld but can't fabricate or vise versa what's the point?

You should custom fabricate that whole engine. Valve covers, manifolds. Brackets. The whole thing. Be a cool project
Thats alotta work for a valve cover. Hes making showroom quality parts. Hope the rest of the engine and whaterver he puts it in is as nice.
