    I also had lymes disease and 20 years later hit my body bad. Turned into psoriasis inside and out and fibromyalgia. So all my joints pain daily. But these small exercises really help. Thank you

    I will need to hold onto something to give me balance with some of these. My feet have had multiple surgeries and I cannot balance on my own. I'm sure that's ok ?

    Swimming is the best thing on the. Knees of course unless you can’t swim

    I think I can do most of these, but my leg that's missing the ACL seems more stable when standing on one leg. Doing calf raises is ok,but trying anything else is difficult, but I'll try. Oh by the way I'm 69,with a ton of ailments, but I workout as much as possible
