  • कंधे की अकड़न क्या होता है?
    फ्रोजन शोल्डर को मेडिकल भाषा में अधेसिव कैप्सूलाइटिस कहा जाता है
    फ्रोजेन शोल्डर की स्थति में आपको कंधे के इस हिस्से में तेज़ दर्द रहता है और साथ में आपका कन्धा जाम रहता है जिसके कारण रोजाना की गतिविधियाँ आप अच्छे से नहीं कर पाते हैं। ये दर्द ज्यादतर रात में बढ़ जाता है
    आपका कन्धा एक बॉल और सॉकेट का जोड़ है जो की तीन हड्डियों के संयोजन से मिलके बनता है
    पहला आपकी बांह की हड्डी जिसको हुमरस कहा जाता है जिसका सिरा एक बॉल के समान होता है
    दूसरा हुआ आपके कंधे का ब्लेड जिसको स्कापुला कहा जाता है
    और तीसरा हुआ आपकी हंसली जिसको कॉलर बोन कहा जाता है
    और इस तरीके से हमारा जॉइंट काम करता है जो इस तरीके से आसानी से घूमता है
    अब ये जॉइंट अच्छे से काम करे इसके लिए मजबूत कनेक्टिव टिस्शुस होते हैं जिनको कहा जाता है शोल्डर कैप्सूल
    साथ में इस जॉइंट की गतिविधि अच्छे से हो इसके लिए जॉइंट के बीच में एक द्रव्य होता है साइनोवियल फ्लूइड , ये द्रव्य हमारे शरीर के हर जॉइंट में पाया जाता है , जो की जोड़ को चिकनाहट देता है प्राकृतिक ग्रीस की तरह काम करके
    अब किसी कारण से ये शोल्डर कैप्सूल मोटे हो जाते है और जकड जाते है तो उसको कहा जाता है फ्रोजेन शोल्डर
    यानि की कन्धा जाम हो जाना
    अब बात करते है इसके कारणों की :
    1. ये 40 से 60 वर्ष की उम्र के लोगो में अधिक होता है
    2. कम शारीरिक गतिविधि
    3. महिला लिंग में ज्यादा सामान्य है
    4. डायबिटीज
    5. स्ट्रोक या ह्रदय सम्बन्धी बीमारी
    6. असंतुलित थाइरोइड ग्रंथि
    7. पार्किनसन्स डिजीज
    8. किसी सर्जरी या एक्सीडेंट के कारण

    What is shoulder stiffness?
    Frozen shoulder is called adhesive capsulitis in medical language.
    In case of frozen shoulder, you experience severe pain in this part of the shoulder and along with it, your shoulder remains jammed due to which you are not able to do daily activities properly. This pain mostly increases at night.
    Your shoulder is a ball and socket joint made up of three bones.
    The first is the bone of your arm which is called the humerus, whose end is like a ball.
    Second is your shoulder blade which is called scapula.
    And the third is your clavicle which is called collar bone.
    And this is how our joint works which rotates easily in this manner
    Now, for this joint to function properly, there are strong connective tissues which are called shoulder capsules.
    In addition, for the proper functioning of this joint, there is a liquid in the middle of the joint called synovial fluid. This liquid is found in every joint of our body, which lubricates the joint by working like natural grease.
    Now due to some reason these shoulder capsules become thick and get stuck, then it is called frozen shoulder.
    That means shoulder jam.
    Now let's talk about its reasons:
    1. Ageing: This occurs more in people between 40 and 60 years of age.
    2. Lack of physical activity
    3.More common in Females
    4. Diabetes Patients
    5. Stroke or heart related diseases.
    6. Thyroid gland imbalance
    7. Parkinson's disease patients
    8. Any surgery or accident

    मेरी उम्र 71 वर्ष से कुछ ज़्यादातर। दाहिने पैर की जाँघ के ऊपर जोड़ पर दर्द होता है अगर पैर को ऊपर उठाऊँ या जूते पहनने या अंडरवियर/पायजामा पहनने की कोशिश करूँ। ये समस्या कई महीनों से है। कृपया कोई योगभ्यास बताइयेगा।

    Hello neelam di.kaisi hai aap.mai aapko 2-3 saal se follow kar rahi hu aur muhje bhutttt fayda hua hai.abhi main 5 months pregnant hu ivf se aur doctor ne yoga karne se mna kiya hai lekin 4-5 dino se meri upper back mein jo aap ne btaya tripezius muscle hoti hai usme bhut jyada pain ho rahi hai.plz kuch btaye kya kru aur yeh pain khare hone par jyada hoti hai

    Hiiii medam me Rahul Hun sambalpur odisha se to me na jab 6 class me tha to mere khud ka chhota bhai se height me chhota ho gaya tha. Aur mujhe mere friend log bole ki tere chhote bhai tere se height me bada ho gaya hai. Aur mujhe achha nehi laga bada to me hu mere height kaise nehi badha bol kar. Mujhe thoda achha nehi lag raha tha mera height nehi badh raha tha is liye. To me usi time mere ek keypad nokia phone me search kiya baba ramdev top 5 yoga pose for increasing height to 5 yoga aya pachimotasana, sarvangasana,halasana,chakrasana, tadasana, aur usme me mere tara se do asan aur add kar diya wo hai hastapadangulasana and garudasana. And roz morning evening par hanging kar raha tha park me bar pe. Dudh aur dudh se bani hui chiz jada khaya 8 ghanta ke upar soya daily aur mera height v badh gaya
    Yoga realy work kiya me mere bhai se abhi bohat bada hun height me
