From my own experience, if you want your child to try new foods then you have to offer it without expectations. If they try it, praise that. If they don't like it, take it away without showing disappointment or frustration. This takes away added stress when trying things. Never force feed. Feed kids what they will eat and keep explaining the importance of nutrition as age appropriate . Try smoothies, nutrition shakes and give vitamins. A nutritionist might help. Good luck to everyone

When I first started seeing autistic signs in my son I looked up about i didn't have a clue 1 of the very first things I learned is they said getting a autistic child 2 eat something he orshe doesn't want is a battle that u will never win and I can honestly say with sadness in my heart is very true I think just getting him to eat something is good so how do I break it he loves fruit an as stupid as it sounds unfortunately I didn't know there's fructose in them all an its all he wants to eat he'll eat that and taquitos and quesadillia and French fries he loves French fries somebody any suggestions welcomed its so energy draining is there any kind of vitamins or should I just strip the foods away and put other stuff out there and just wait on him or keep feeding him the bad stuff he likes and put the new in
