Many thanks for your vid, the dji mount is superior to anything else, no plugging leads or wires hanging about, really neat and expensive, flipping the screen is just a breeze, swop it over to my P3 or P4 in a jiffy.
Visibility is EVERYTHING when flying a drone.. You can better control movements and operate in a smooth fluid cinematic flight path.. If I do any nice flying it was with a Black Towel Over my head so i can see the dang screen on the i pad. When I cash... Its because I had very poor visibly on the screen
In case you haven't already discovered, the screen can be set to auto-flip on boot. I use the DJI Mavic mount and love it. Been using the 7?85" and 5.5" for over a year now and only good vibes....

I bought the $999 Ultra Bright monitor last night. Today I realized the DJI Select Membership I bought for $29.99 gives me 20% off coupons. I have to refuse the package and have already re-ordered it again for $799 with Coupon.

how do you connect the crystalsky to the mavic pro controller and get everything to work? what software do you need on the crystalsky?

A few questions: First, how is Mavic Pro user supposed to charge this monitor since it doesn't come with a charger? Second, will this in fact work with my Mavic Pro's remote? If so, how will the monitor get the mapping information that I would normally get from my data connection on my cell phone.
Hi i am Danny damveld from the Nederlands and i have a question about the drone video's . I have a mavic pro drone and i record my video always in 4k mp4 sice. So what i want to know is can play 4k video's mp4 sice on the crystal sky monitor . I want to know this very much . The reason is that i want to buy a crystal sky monitor for my mavic pro but i also want to play drone 4k mp4 video's on the crystal sky monitor and want to conect it with my tv with HDMI kabel and play my video's and watch it back . And i also want to know is can you also can conect a Portable harddrive on your crystal sky monitor to kopie or get your drone video's files from the micro sd cart to my harddrive with using the crystal sky monitor for that . That 2 things i want to know very ,very much befor i buy a crystal sky monitor. These sound like a way to avoid annoying iOS updates and having to worry about upgrading phones to maintain compatibility.
Could you do a video on the BG1510 and then put a brushless system in it. You can find how to do it on the creative channel also could you do a speed test on it stock and upgraded. Would really be appreciated if you did.

After using the Moverio BT300 glasses, I'll never use a monitor for FPV again, unless it's an emergency. That emergency would be, that I forgot to bring my BT300s with me.

I will sell mine for $450 to anyone near Chicago. I never use them. My right eye doesn't focus well due to a cornea transplant. There is a app DJI and Epson made to get a virtual Mavic Pro flight simulator.

It doesn't look just heavy...it looks very heavy. Compared to what id could have been. Added on top of the controller...hmmm.
Quality materials though. Not much plastic at all.

Can you swipe the screen and eliminate the graphics like you can on your phone so it’s a clean feed? If so does that clean feed come out through the HDMI port?

@MEDiAgamer I'm not a professional. Matter of fact, I just got my Mavic Pro Platinum this week and I'm already wanting this thing just cause I hate putting my phone in the controller and using the app on my phone.
I own P4 with HDMI module installed. Do you know if I use the CrystalSky will I still get video output from my HDMI module on my controller?

just bought the 5.5 CrystalSky monitor and having a problem trying to calibrate my compass. every time I press calibrate compass nothing happens. Have this happen to you. thanks
So the charger can't be plugged into an outlet or USB?
I had the 5.5 screen it overheated the second day I owned it I sent it back I'll stick with my iPhone and plus the Crystalsky speakers are horrible compare to my phone
