Do you wear liquid liner? I find I don't even try anymore but once in awhile it's nice to play around. This was fun but it's not my go to.
@@JulieMeikle I do wear liquid liner sometimes - I'm doing more lining with eyeshadows now - I spray my brush with a setting spray to avoid smudging. Liners, as you know can be a little to harsh at times

Absolutely stunning. I've given up on liquid eyeliner, I have to use pencil and then, who knew...sharpeners eventually suck. You have to clean them all the time or replace them. I have one eye, that's way less smooth. BUT, (LOL) I do it anyway! ha ha! You look stunning.
I rarely apply a strong liner anymore. I have to be in the mood to play and have lots of time to get ready.😄

I totally understand the aversion to liner with our aging eyes!! But, this actually seemed to work for you and doesn’t look bad either… I think I’m gonna have to try that liner… maybe🤷♀️ My problem is that I have one eye which is hooded, but, I have much smaller eyes than you, so I find liquid liner like that makes my eyes appear smaller! So frustrating! But, I might give it a go and see what happens🤷♀️❤️

The trick with hooded eyes, is to keep it very close and thin to the lash line. As soon as it starts to get thick, it covers too much space and makes the eyes look smaller.
Have you tried applying liner on the upper/inner rim? It's not the healthiest or your eyes but if have a special occasion, it's beautiful and doesn't take up space on your lid.
@@JulieMeikle hello… yes I have tried pencils on my waterline and tight line. That being said, it’s way to ticklish and my eyes just water it away😂😢 I usually use pencils like Victoria Beckham and Lisa Eldridge’s on my outer corner and smoke it out to lift and make my eyes appear bigger❤️
I am intrigued by this pen and stamp though, and I think I’m going to try it!! Maybe if I just trace my lash line right at my lashes (and as I get more familiar… I should be able to keep it from getting too thick🙏🏻)

You did a beautiful wing Julie. You look stunning. Me to on our eyes aging. Can you believe my Optometrist told me my eyes weren’t bad enough to warrant surgery? Butttt if they get any worse, to let her know and she will set up an appt with her colleague for Blephroplasty. If my Rt eye gets any worse, my eye will be have closed 🙈🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Thank you, Karla! I'm sorry about your eye. My eye droops when it gets tired especially. Or when I was on with Nurse Chelsey the other night. My livestreams at night are hard on my eye. The bright lights seem to make it close. You can see it in the video and I used the drops the doctor gave me. It's so frustrating!

I swear, I've been thinking of you every day. I'm so happy to hear from you. I was getting worried. Abdominal surgeries are very hard on the body and it's sometimes hard for others to understand what you're going through. It's easy to look good on the outside but something major happened on the inside.

@@JulieMeikle Aww thank you Julie been looking at lovely comments from the girls make it feel lovely knowing someone cares you are like a girlfreind over the other side cannot believe the op as 11 days ago nearly backed out but decided on get it over still sore a bit nurse puts a new dressing on tom dr will check it again still swelled up hoping that sure go down soon cannot cycle or anything like that but still can go for walks and you are so right we have to let the body heal just not a fan of resting lol Did see you are live on Thursday at 7 we changed back an hour on sunday as daylight saving has ended so hope get the time right try and pop in say hi to the girls quick and you Love Donna xoxo

I like that look, I think in the 80 ties or 90 ties they called it the frensh look, just like your look in this video, either the look was this you hade or it are suddel browns/ nudes in lipstick, eyeshadows, blush, the nuancer was smal.
