Excellent silly video. I have some Godox day light COB lights and they are terrific for the price point. I can power them with V mount batteries for several hours around 40-60% brightness. Love the channel

I don’t hear it. It’s only 150w and has a nice solid build so I imagine it’s not generating a lot of heat.
