"Where Are You Christmas" was originally recorded by Faith Hill and written by Mariah Carey, James Horner, and Will Jennings. While Jon was writing the arrangement, a thought came to him to have a child sing just the last verse. He asked his daughter Sarah. The combination of her beautifully-innocent voice and the love between a father and daughter make this magical. Our wish is that this video reminds you of the ones you love that are hopefully close to you at Christmas time.
We filmed this live at a recent Christmas Concert. It was one of our shortest video shoots/edits ever, which was surreal after spending 3 months on Cello Wars!! :-)

I have never found out why but hearing a child sing this song makes me cry.
Ikr and 2 years ago today this same girl went missing and was found in the woods eating what ever she could 1 month later
It does that to me, too. I don't cry until she starts to sing. Then the tears just start without my permission.

I pray to sarah and her family. I just found out that she was gone 7 years ago during her hiking. I still remember the first time. I heard her voice back in 2013. It's still making me feel emotional and content till this day. I wish sarah may rest in peace forever up there on the sky.

it's not christmas season today,but while listening to this song i am now teary eyed remembering the last christmas that my father was still with us,it was on Dec.2006..he passed away on Jan.2007, just more than a month after he was diagnosed of cancer :-(
