4 oz sweetened condensed milk divided in half
2 ozs goes in to cinnamon filling and save two for later
1 1/2 cups cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup powder sugar
2 oz condensed milk

I made your apple tarts the other day where you wrapped apple slices. I spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the dough first. They were so good! Caramelized on the bottom. 😍
