I love how you don’t waste anything! Who taught you all these things?
I grew up on a farm but there are so many things that I’m learning from you at 55yrs old.

This is a great comment! 💚 Most things come from trial and error or random ideas (wondering if things would work out) lol. Occasionally I'll have a friend send me a video and it sparks inspiration!

I love making apple scrap jelly. My last batch didn't gel as well as it should so I'm just using it as syrup. 🤣 BAHAHAHAHA Smell association is so real.

OMG bestie, (🤣) I do this with my peaches, I don't love apples, but I do have a peach tree and love making this. Also, I just got two more peach trees and two cherry trees. Think how amazing this would be with cherries. YUM! Love it and as always, you're looking absolutely fabulous! BTW I'm wondering if the poo thing is universal😝, my house had tropical breeze in the bathroom, and it will give me an instant headache now as an adult. Bathroom Scent Traumas. Bwahaha. Lmao. Hope your day is great!!!

Thanks! I’m gonna start saving my apple scraps! Could you give me some ideas or recipes that you use the apple syrup for please? 🤩🤩

It is delicious on pancakes and waffles. You can also stir it into yogurt or oatmeal. It's so good!

We use it anywhere you would use a regular syrup. My little ones absolutely love a drizzle over the top of mini muffins too! 🫶🏻

That’s so crazy how you mentioned you can’t unsmell poop with cherry blossoms. 😂😂😂 I can’t unsmell poop with coffee. Years ago we had a tiny apartment and he would start the coffee maker and go do his business. 🤢 I’m ruined lol

I want to say the solids you're straining out looks very much like apple butter. As long as it doesn't have the seeds, that can totally be jarred up (refrigerated or processed in a water bath canner I think) and used as a spread on toast or in baked goodies (like turnovers or fruit bars).

It absolutely is! I couldn't even save it, the whole family devoured it immediately! 😂

hope your arms are ok. Hubby always says I have fireproof hands and arms with how many times I accidentally grab/touch something hot in the kitchen and just keep going. This looks like a awsome idea! I'm gonna try it and use it to top cinnamon butter pancakes.

Hi Natasha this video has me wondering did you remove the apple seeds ? Because boiling them releases cyanide . Just a safety tip that most fruit tree seeds contain it and shouldn't be boiled or eaten. I know how you like research .

I would say we got 98% of them out, but we may have missed one or two. I was pretty sure I read that when the seeds are heat it counteracts the chemical compounds that release the cyanide but I'll double check! 🫶🏻
