I'm curious about squash flour now. I've not ever heard of that before and I'm always looking for healthy alternatives to foods, especially unprocessed foods. But that's an entirely different conversation entirely. With that, would it be entirely possible to switch from the flour sold in stores to squash flour without affecting taste? 🤔

Thank you! It would affect the taste to switch it out completely, but if the taste difference didn't bother you, it wouldn't matter. Try out different amounts and see what you like best.
How long will it last in that jar?
And how long did it end up taking in your oven/dehydrator?
It has lasted for a year in our house and I ended up dehydrating it for about 12 hours ❤️
The Magic Bullet is also awesome for making pepper spices of course dehydrated peppers first. Make sure to wear a mask and gloves the powder will get you.

How do you keep that squash flour from caking on you?
I have never had a problem with caking. I would suggest just making sure it is completely dry before grinding it into flour.
