I’m 71. Born in 1953. This is how my mother was. She cooked for 8 of us. Five kids, Grandma (mom’s mother lived with us) and herself and dad. Dad hunted small game and fished with his brothers and when his sons grew, he took and taught them. 8 of us in a three bedroom, one bathroom home. It was great…mom had a garden too and grew lots of veggies, and dad planted a fruit tree when each of us were born. I was the cherry tree, two apples and two pears and raspberry bushes and strawberries in summer. Mom preserved it all. Pies, jelly’s, syrups….it was nice….i have fond memories and watching you it’s like playback…❤

Yes, I remember fondly the good times when our 7 kids were home and we made lots of homemade meals with fresh W.W. loaves of bread. The artisan loaves nowadays are SO much easier to make. Now that our kids have flown the home base, they're busy making their own memories.
Your lovely videos are a little like a walk down memory lane for this old farmer. I loved my beautiful house cows and my working steers. I did love making the butter and yogurt. I also loved my gardens. I wasn't well versed in cheese making, though if I had more time I would get another cow and try it. I wish I loved to cook /bake. I love watching others cook. It must seem for a large family by the time you finish eating breakfast, clean up you are having to work on lunch. Your children are so blessed!!
How can she have that body after all those babies? Just making that meal and the cheese, butter and bread is a days work! And that is lunch! And then there is dinner! The satisfaction of knowing how, and having the strenth to do all that, and doing it for your loved ones is greater than any paycheck or promotion you could receive! And in the meantime you are teaching your children skills that will help them in life! That is a woman!
I have 9 kids myself and this honestly makes me yearn for the days when they were all home, 10 and under with my last sweet baby. Then my protector steps up and reminds me that it was NEVER like this!😂 I had all 9 of them home, surrounding me at all times, dogs barking in the background and my elderly father mixed in for the last 8 years of his life. It was never quiet like this and definitely not as clean and tidy. But this is definitely how I dreamed it though. So beautiful ❤

This is my Sunday! Most mothers will take a break after a week of work and cooking diner, but I grewup in a family where cooking and sharing good food it’s way to say « we love you ». My dad was a chef. We always love Monday coz he was off but he spend his day cooking with us. We live in the city, but we were enough lucky to have a huge potager. My parents has no interest in common except good food, the potager and 3 beautiful kids. We all grewup now and we all love good homemade food.

I live vicariously through this woman. I’m disabled and wish so much that I could do this for my family, I would in a second. I use to be able to do this before my life came crashing down, now I watch Hannah make food for her kids and it gives me some happiness. Also, I’ll admit…I get terribly hungry watching. Everything looks so good and fresh. I love the taste of fresh food, fresh grown veggies, fresh fish, and fresh baked bread. What more could you want.
I have such empathy for you.. my life at 42 “ended” as it was when a drunk driver hit me-broke my neck and almost every bone.. 10 surgeries.. I miss EVERYTHING about how my life was…. I also live vicariously through Hannah..prayers to you sweetheart…. ❤❤❤

I have 5 grown sons now. I didn’t have the option to be a full time homemaker. I used to love cooking, but not so much now with severe arthritis in both hands. When the boys were young their Dad was an executive chef, worked days and I worked nights as a CNA. I would cook breakfast as soon as I got home; usually pancakes or egg dishes. And then throw something in the crockpot that would be ready when I got up. Your family is on another level. It’s awesome to watch.

The fact that she gets tired does not mean that she does not enjoy it, ask people that run marathon if they go to work like nothing the next day after running but they love it and she looks that she love it too, even if she has to rest afterwards, being a mom and a housekeeper is a job you know so it’s not inaccurate she doesn’t say that she does it everyday

@avamcadams they have a film crew that follows them and so.etimes hannah herself does some on her phone but that film and edit crew is another level, absolutely amazing and beautiful the work they produce. Of course hannah and her precious babies are so beautiful to look at and be inspired by. She is literally a beauty queen and killing it.💙💙
I make that soup often…….not just Fall!……and I love to roast quite a few pear halves (or you could use apple) along with butternut squash (peeled and chunked), a sweet potato, onions or shallots, garlic. After roasted, transfer to my Dutch oven and add broth, herbs and some fresh ginger. After nice and hot and everything is soft, a wand blender works great to blend until smooth. Quickly roasted chopped pecans sprinkled on top is just lovely:) I found the recipe originally by Food By Mars online……..and then (as I typically do!!) I double the fruit!! This solves the “too thick” issue and adds the most wonderful flavor!! Oh, and of course, a nice drizzle of fresh cream to finish and serve! Give it a try……it’s a keeper!!……and I’m making it today:)

So many things I myself take for granted after watching your content. I myself could not survive having to cook like you do. For example when I want a grilled cheese I just go get into my store bought bread and store bought butter and cheese and make a grilled cheese. You are such an inspiration to so many. Loved your cooking video! I was home with my kids for a few years when my youngest was born with a disability. I loved cooking from scratch. It's so economical and healthy overall. Whenever I made soup, I used homemade chicken stock that I would make with the bones and bits of leftover chicken. The squash and sweet potato soup looks like something I might try. You do a wonderful job taking care of your family. I hope you're able to take a little time to take care of your own physical and mental health as well. I wish you peace.
I think everyone’s mad because this isn’t a lifestyle for her its more of a gimmick way of “simple” cooking.. easier to cook like this when you have millions, and a farm filled with staff. People hate it because she’s playing make believe
@@GuyNamedRy It's obvious she hasn't slept in years and while she loves her children they are her only interaction in the day and if you have kids, you know you need adults around. And making ALL meals fresh? Why? Doesn't she have a fridge/freezer where she could store the bread of the week for exemple? But these are small adjustments, not the end of the world. Other than that, yes, He trapped her with a Billion kids, using Love & Religion and he should hire a teacher for the elder kids and a nanny for the youngest especially right after she's had a brand new Baby and for at least 6 months, but He strikes me as very selfish. In a way that says, as long as I'm ok everything is ok type of deal. But that's true of every Men to whom you surrender any type of control. She's an indentured servants and so it doesn't feel like she is a servant but oh she is!

Man! Can’t imagine eating fresh food like that how delicious it must be! I myself eat whole food. I don’t eat junk food. I eat cheese I drink and eat goats milk cheese and goats. Yogurt is expensive but it’s so worth it. I wish I’d done this all my life but better now than ever!😊

All of this cooking is wonderful, and seems to be easy IF you have a lot of people to cook for, the more the ingredients the simpler it comes together. This is one of the major benefits of a large family, always someone to feed. Not so easy for a single person or couple, but I guess we can learn to scale down the recipes. this is literally the most random thing you've prob heard in a while, but like a week ago I had a dream that you had a farmers market/ grocery store type thing and I walked up to it and then you offered me a job, and I was like,, dude that would be awesome, and then we had an interview and it went great but then like, later on in the dream, you confronted me and had told me that I had done something wrong and I was unprofessional and then I ended up not getting the job- and then I literally woke up and was so thrown off cause I had to go to work in real life and I thought that I was gonna get fired for not being professional.... anyways, it was so random but now I make sure to be as professional as can be HAHA! you're so awesome and its super awesome to see how you care for your family while simultaneously running a business and probably do like 300 other things as well. girl-boss at its finest. praying for you and your fam!
I really hope you are doing okay and hanging in there. Seeing the non stop videos being made about you over this past week or longer since your husband got you an egg apron, I just hope you are able to take a few minutes to yourself. Now learning that you left your life and passion as a ballarina, got married so quickly to your hubby, have now had 8 kids, and your extremely wealthy husband gets you an egg apron, I just hope you know that what you like to do outside of being a mom is equally important. Please dont put it on the back burner just because you are a mom. Your hubby can and should equally help out to give you a break ❤
@@ummawlaadi2030 I can't remember if it was for her bday last week or their anniversary, but as she was opening her gift from him, she said something to the effect of "I really hope he got us tickets to go to Greece" and when she opened the gift it was an apron that had like 18 little pockets to put eggs in when she collects them from their chickens. Seeing her face, it was heartbreaking. She literally left her life as a ballerina in NYC and moved to be with him because he wanted to get married so quickly. She has been a wife, has had kids back to back, takes care of them, cooks, etc. and to know that his father is the Owner of Jet Blue Airlines, so money is clearly not an issue, the least he could've done was get her tickets to go to Greece. So since that all happened, there has been a lot of drama and a million videos made about them, people are saying she's absolutely miserable and is trapped because she has nothing without him, etc.

This is my Sunday! Most mothers will take a break after a week of work and cooking diner, but I grewup in a family where cooking and sharing good food it’s way to say « we love you ». My dad was a chef. We always love Monday coz he was off but he spend his day cooking with us. We live in the city, but we were enough lucky to have a huge potager. My parents has no interest in common except good food, the potager and 3 beautiful kids. We all grewup now and we all love good homemade food.

I live vicariously through this woman. I’m disabled and wish so much that I could do this for my family, I would in a second. I use to be able to do this before my life came crashing down, now I watch Hannah make food for her kids and it gives me some happiness. Also, I’ll admit…I get terribly hungry watching. Everything looks so good and fresh. I love the taste of fresh food, fresh grown veggies, fresh fish, and fresh baked bread. What more could you want.
I have such empathy for you.. my life at 42 “ended” as it was when a drunk driver hit me-broke my neck and almost every bone.. 10 surgeries.. I miss EVERYTHING about how my life was…. I also live vicariously through Hannah..prayers to you sweetheart…. ❤❤❤

I have 5 grown sons now. I didn’t have the option to be a full time homemaker. I used to love cooking, but not so much now with severe arthritis in both hands. When the boys were young their Dad was an executive chef, worked days and I worked nights as a CNA. I would cook breakfast as soon as I got home; usually pancakes or egg dishes. And then throw something in the crockpot that would be ready when I got up. Your family is on another level. It’s awesome to watch.

My point is that it is that what we watch is a very curated / inaccurate depiction of her life.
The fact that she gets tired does not mean that she does not enjoy it, ask people that run marathon if they go to work like nothing the next day after running but they love it and she looks that she love it too, even if she has to rest afterwards, being a mom and a housekeeper is a job you know so it’s not inaccurate she doesn’t say that she does it everyday

@avamcadams they have a film crew that follows them and so.etimes hannah herself does some on her phone but that film and edit crew is another level, absolutely amazing and beautiful the work they produce. Of course hannah and her precious babies are so beautiful to look at and be inspired by. She is literally a beauty queen and killing it.💙💙
I make that soup often…….not just Fall!……and I love to roast quite a few pear halves (or you could use apple) along with butternut squash (peeled and chunked), a sweet potato, onions or shallots, garlic. After roasted, transfer to my Dutch oven and add broth, herbs and some fresh ginger. After nice and hot and everything is soft, a wand blender works great to blend until smooth. Quickly roasted chopped pecans sprinkled on top is just lovely:) I found the recipe originally by Food By Mars online……..and then (as I typically do!!) I double the fruit!! This solves the “too thick” issue and adds the most wonderful flavor!! Oh, and of course, a nice drizzle of fresh cream to finish and serve! Give it a try……it’s a keeper!!……and I’m making it today:)

So many things I myself take for granted after watching your content. I myself could not survive having to cook like you do. For example when I want a grilled cheese I just go get into my store bought bread and store bought butter and cheese and make a grilled cheese. You are such an inspiration to so many. Loved your cooking video! I was home with my kids for a few years when my youngest was born with a disability. I loved cooking from scratch. It's so economical and healthy overall. Whenever I made soup, I used homemade chicken stock that I would make with the bones and bits of leftover chicken. The squash and sweet potato soup looks like something I might try. You do a wonderful job taking care of your family. I hope you're able to take a little time to take care of your own physical and mental health as well. I wish you peace.

@@GuyNamedRy It's obvious she hasn't slept in years and while she loves her children they are her only interaction in the day and if you have kids, you know you need adults around. And making ALL meals fresh? Why? Doesn't she have a fridge/freezer where she could store the bread of the week for exemple? But these are small adjustments, not the end of the world. Other than that, yes, He trapped her with a Billion kids, using Love & Religion and he should hire a teacher for the elder kids and a nanny for the youngest especially right after she's had a brand new Baby and for at least 6 months, but He strikes me as very selfish. In a way that says, as long as I'm ok everything is ok type of deal. But that's true of every Men to whom you surrender any type of control. She's an indentured servants and so it doesn't feel like she is a servant but oh she is!
If I had the talent she has a ballerina, I would have NEVER given that up just to have goblins. No child is worth that. Says the childless cat lady.

You said it best, there are so many ways to be creative, yes you miss dancing, but you have found creative freedom in other areas of your life. Man! Can’t imagine eating fresh food like that how delicious it must be! I myself eat whole food. I don’t eat junk food. I eat cheese I drink and eat goats milk cheese and goats. Yogurt is expensive but it’s so worth it. I wish I’d done this all my life but better now than ever!😊

All of this cooking is wonderful, and seems to be easy IF you have a lot of people to cook for, the more the ingredients the simpler it comes together. This is one of the major benefits of a large family, always someone to feed. Not so easy for a single person or couple, but I guess we can learn to scale down the recipes. this is literally the most random thing you've prob heard in a while, but like a week ago I had a dream that you had a farmers market/ grocery store type thing and I walked up to it and then you offered me a job, and I was like,, dude that would be awesome, and then we had an interview and it went great but then like, later on in the dream, you confronted me and had told me that I had done something wrong and I was unprofessional and then I ended up not getting the job- and then I literally woke up and was so thrown off cause I had to go to work in real life and I thought that I was gonna get fired for not being professional....
anyways, it was so random but now I make sure to be as professional as can be HAHA!

I really hope you are doing okay and hanging in there. Seeing the non stop videos being made about you over this past week or longer since your husband got you an egg apron, I just hope you are able to take a few minutes to yourself. Now learning that you left your life and passion as a ballarina, got married so quickly to your hubby, have now had 8 kids, and your extremely wealthy husband gets you an egg apron, I just hope you know that what you like to do outside of being a mom is equally important. Please dont put it on the back burner just because you are a mom. Your hubby can and should equally help out to give you a break ❤

@@ummawlaadi2030 I can't remember if it was for her bday last week or their anniversary, but as she was opening her gift from him, she said something to the effect of "I really hope he got us tickets to go to Greece" and when she opened the gift it was an apron that had like 18 little pockets to put eggs in when she collects them from their chickens. Seeing her face, it was heartbreaking. She literally left her life as a ballerina in NYC and moved to be with him because he wanted to get married so quickly. She has been a wife, has had kids back to back, takes care of them, cooks, etc. and to know that his father is the Owner of Jet Blue Airlines, so money is clearly not an issue, the least he could've done was get her tickets to go to Greece. So since that all happened, there has been a lot of drama and a million videos made about them, people are saying she's absolutely miserable and is trapped because she has nothing without him, etc.
