Arms are officially locked at 90 degrees until further notice 💪🏼😭. 10-pound dumbbells were feeling like 20s by the end. Thank you for helping us show ourselves how strong we truly are, Sydney ❤️!

Here for the Nov 2022 move workout. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS WORKOUT 😭. After a day of work a 50 min workout felt like punishment. I DID IT. ALL OF IT. TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. Time 5pm. I have the evening to do nothing 😁. Get it done. You'll be glad you did.

I'm back a year later on 06/17/2023! This workout is so awesome, and wow! My arms are totally shaky, even after cooling down! 😅I really pushed it this morning, and satisfied that I gave it my all. 🔥💪I love crushing my workouts with Sydney and all of you!
I felt the burn with this one. There were times I questioned if I would be able to complete the moves, especially in the curl circuit. I had to drop weights a few times which I've learned is a positive. It means I'm pushing into heavier weights and/or I'm pushing my body to its limits. Thank you to Sydney for that shift in my thinking about it.
Mammia Mia!!! As I am typing this comment, my arms can barely more. Spicy and a very hard workout. Absolutely loved the format. Sydney we miss seeing Dustin on the camera. Tell him to come and say hi to us. I am noticing so many changes in my body and the best compliment came from my husband who said he was so proud of me for taking care of my health.

I crushed this workout and I feel stronger after the workout. Today, I’m going to send a thank you email to the person that I had my job interview with last night. I’m going to finish my first attempt at the Tax Analyst Certification Test. Tonight, I’m going to stretch tonight so I can be ready for our last workout for Week 3 of the Pump Program tomorrow morning.
My biceps are still feeling yesterday's workout! I'm usually bored with back & biceps focus, but I stayed in tune with the moves and my body and I completed it. While I didn't go up much in weights for the biceps, I started heavy and didn't drop down as low as I have in the past.
Great workout for this Friday morning!!! I love to start my day with a Sydney workout because I know if I can get through this I can get through anything!!!! It prepares me for the day!!!!
What an incredible community and workout!!! The soreness has definitely been challenging but, I've noticed how my clothes have been getting loose and some that have been stored away are fitting pretty well! I've always struggled with my arms and I can't believe I'm noticing a little definition!!! Beyond grateful for my cousin introducing me to you, this community, and positive inspirations!!! Oh my lanta! That was so tough but so good!! I used 2 30s for my heaviest glute bridge so when you said grab your heaviest glute bridge weight I was like 😳😳😳 BUT I did it! And I feel so proud that I did! Thank you for always pushing us to do better Sydney! Not only in our workouts, but also in all aspects of life! 🤍🤍🤍
Didn’t want to workout today, my arms were still throbbing from Tuesday 😅 but I made it through. The flow was perfect, I had to focus and I had no time to worry about how long the workout was! “Strong Mind, Strong Body”💪🏾💪🏾

Hi Sydney! I have never made a RUclips comment before... Anyway, I wanted to say that I really enjoy incorporating your creative workouts into my weekly fitness routine. I don’t know if you take requests, but if you do, I would absolutely love to see a 30 minute chest back and shoulders workout just to switch it up from the push-pull combos you’ve been doing recently. Anyway keep up the great work and thanks for all the great encouragement and wisdom!
Loved this one Sydney and every step of the way you are talking about technique and I can’t tell you how much that helps me make sure I am getting the most out of each exercise and thanks for the great tip on leaning over slightly for the one sided biceps curl as that was super helpful.
