    HAHAHAHA 'he's probably listening to Slayer in his truck". I do agree with this though, I usually save the metal for the ride over to the gym and in the gym. Once I hear the blast beats it's game time. Anytime I hear metal outside the gym it just makes me want to go train, especially on a recovery day. No bueno.

    I agree with this. In the gym its things like Kiss, Van Halen, Iron Maiden, David Lee Roth. After the gym its Haya Band with Daiqing Tana (Mongolian Band), this relaxes me like no other music.

    Wow the music you listen to in and out of the gym, it completely makes sense. What an invaluable piece of advice. Thank you

    I’ve known about the music since I was young. I listen to country music all day but when it’s go time, it better never be on in the gym😂 it’s either rock or rap.

    Awesome content as always!
    I would love to learn a little more about how things like alcohol or cigarettes can affect training and health. Do you guys think that would be something MW and team would speak to well?

      Clint Clucker I don’t drink alcohol often but I do smoke tobacco frequently. I think getting a better understanding of the affects on training from these habits would be helpful in optimizing recovery and getting strong!

    Matt can you do a video about working around things like old injuries or minor bone deformities (like say a hip injury like a SCFE and learning to squat or deadlift properly with a leg that's now twisted). With your mastery of biomechanics (see what I did there?) It'd be great to hear your views on that.

    Hi Matt, great video. Your channel has become one of my go-to resources for info. Can you share a magnesium glycinate supplement you trust? I’ve been using magnesium biglycinate powder from Thorne, but I’d like to switch to something in a capsule form. Advice appreciated-thanks!

    Hey Matt!
    Lots of people I know slam adderall before they work out, big guys who don't use cpaps and eat like monsters. They don't realize that cortisol and stress from this crap completely screws them. A chemical/supplement episode would help people from doing horrible shit

    2000mg of omega 3??? Aren't reccomendations 500-1000mg EPA+DHA max a day? 3 average capsules are 900mg(EPA+DHA together).

    • @andrijajanfranjcec6888
      @andrijajanfranjcec6888 4 года назад

      @@WenningStrength Maybe it ways 15 000, but it has a lot more EPA+DHA. Thats the only explanation I can think of, cause 2000mg, and especially 15 000 is really a fucking lot.
