      SS is good for begginers it may not be most optimal but after 2-3 months when people have milked lp gains they can always move on to slower or more calculated progressions

    Quick note, the 10,000 hours of practice thing is really a myth/not scientifically valid. Overall agree with the message though, long term is the right mindset and people want results beyond their ability for patience and consistency. It's about practicing with intent with quality work. Thanks for the great content.

      Brah ya gotta have body awareness. Lots of coaches don’t teach body awareness. I believe in filming but you also need to know it by feel if no one can film you. Hope it makes sense brader.
