Another awesome workout! Thanks Melanie 💛I love both the length of the workout and intensity. They’re long and intense enough to feel like you’ve done some great work 💪 but also short and mild enough so it doesn’t feel like a burden getting up at 7am to do the work out 😌

Hi Melanie, I was diagnosed with osteopenia 2 years ago. I was alarmed and knew the next thing coming would be into full Osteo. I worked like crazy buying myself a reformer and upping the ante on all the special exercises for bone strength. I am so overjoyed to say that after 2 years of Pilates reformer work 3-5 x a week that my DEXA scan showed significant improvement in my spinal bone density and no change in hips from the last time ( I always had deterioration there every time). I am a firm believer in this reformer being the key to my improvement. It would be sooo great if you could do more videos specifically targeting e excises to PREVENT Osteo and mention while doing the exercise the benefits of. There are some videos out there that are for women with Osteo already and the exs. Are modified but I would love to see you do a video for PREVENTION. I am here to tell everyone that this work really does work! I think there would be a huge market out there for this, it’s not promoted much yet. All a bit of a grey area! Thank you for your wonderful videos🙏🏻💕

It’s a bit of a sticky spot to create publicly-available content with the intent of treating or preventing a medical condition or concern - I’ve typically shied away from this for potential liability reasons, but I’ll give it some thought. Hi Melanie, love your videos. Could you please do a video for people who have Osteo? And for those of us who don’t yet one to stave off Osteo? My other request is exercises for people who have spondylolisthesis and all the variants of that condition. A tall ask I know but thought I’d put it out there 😅 Thanks so much🙏🏻
